I love my experience but I found bed bugs. They handled it quickly. They gave me a nights refund but I think they should have added something else to this for pain and suffering.

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back already booked are trip for 2020

We really enjoyed our stay at Encore this summer. Everyone in our group was very satisfied with our vacation home.

It all worked perfectly for our family. We stayed in a beautiful home, the waterpark was perfect for our small children, the area was pleasant and close to the parks. ** The kitchen could have been a bit more stocked but we worked it all out.

This property is amazing! It all started with the easy breezy check-in and just continued to get better with our personal guide who showed us to our residence and even helped unpack our seriously loaded vehicle! The amenities are worth the price alone!
Hopefully a lighted pedestrian crosswalk stop sign (or full stop light) will be installed to help guests cross the street to get to the water park facility.

Encore Resort is an excellent venue for reunions. I would highly recommend it for any type of reunion. The staff and accommodations are exceptional. Taking nothing away from the Resort itself, when exiting there should be a traffic light or something to allow those exiting to make a left turn and make the turn safely.

Fantastic. Would definitely go back. Wish we could have checked in early but everything else was amazing. Food, Service, Pool, House, and Water Park were top notch.

Rented a 9 bedroom house. This house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room, immaculate,and so elegant. The swimming pool and the heated jacuzzi was perfect. The atmosphere was so peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of it. We plan to go back next year with the kids (water park!!).

Great Experience House Was Amazing And The Service Was Top Notch

I came to Orlando with my family for a family reunion and this was our 3rd year visiting Orlando. This was our 1st time staying with Encore and it will definitely NOT be our last! Everyone was super impressed with the house and the property itself!! Encore will definitely be a place where we will continue to stay from now on moving forward with all of our reunions! Thank you Encore for making our experience a lasting experience! Even the customer service was excellent! From the first phone call to the last, it was excellent! Can't wait to come back again!!

I LOVED THE PROPERTY EXCEPT THE STOVE DIDN'T WORK AND WE LEFT OUR PLAYSTATION @ THE CALLED BACK BEFORE THE NEXT GUESS CHECKED IN AND THEY SAY IT WASN'T THERE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BCZ IVE LEFT STUFF @ RESORT THAT AREN'T AS NICE AS ENCORE AND THEY PUT UP THE ITEMS UNTIL WE POCKED THEM UP, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AGAIN FOR ANOTHER ONE. THIS WAS MY 3RD TIME STAYING HERE @ ENCORE BUT NOT SURE IF IM GOING TO STAY NOW FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN NOVEMBER BCZ OF THIS. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T FORGET ANYTHING BCZ THEY HAVE STAFF MEMBERS WHO WILL PRETEND THEY WILL CALL OR SEND SOMEONE TO THE PROPERTY AND RETRIEVE YOUR PLAYSTATION AND YOU FIND OUT LATER SHE NEVER DID THAT BCZ SHE DIDN'T LOGIN OR LET ANYONE KNOW YOUR STUFF WAS LEFT IN THE HOUSE BEFORE NEXT GUESS CHECKED IN. I HOPE THEY FOLLOW UP ON THESE BAD EMPLOYEES OR SET THEM UP BY HAVING PPL LEAVE ITEMS TO CATCH WHO WORKS YHERE THAT ISN'T TRUSTWORTHY ..

We really wanted to love Encore Resort and make it our yearly family vacation go to spot. Unfortunately, the customer service lacked. As we toured our home upon checkin, the swimming pool was filthy. Besides your typical loads of floating love bugs and debris from the trees, the bottom of the pool was orange/yellow in color and looked unsanitary. At this point they should have just put us in a different home. Instead after 4 out of 6 day stay and going back and forth with management they finally got someone out to clean it. 4 days out of stay was ruined for the kids who could not utilize the pool. A small inconvenience turned into something huge that ruined our stay with them and was a total disappointment for the kids. Management kept giving us excuses and blaming the weather and finally told us "once you receive the home we are not responsible". Terrible way to handle this and we will NEVER be going back. All this because they didn't want to provide any compensation for the inconvenience.

We loved the 7 bedroom home we stayed in! It was the perfect size for our three families. The free shuttle to and from the club house was also very convenient and easy to schedule. Looking forward to many more stays!

I can't wait to plan another family vacation at Encore. The home had everything we wanted and needed. The service was wonderful. No need to leave the resort with your own pool and the water park. I recommend this resort to everyone I meet.

We were very pleased with our Stay. Six couples totally enjoyed our brief stay. We used this resort for a wedding we were attending. We all agreed that should we be in this area again, we most certainly would book with Encore Resort.

The house and pool were fantastic . All the property grounds were pristine . There was something for everyone and everybody's personal taste as far as things to do was concerned . We are looking forward to ournext family visit .

If you are looking for a place to stay near Disney, this will be an excellent choice. We had a small hiccup the night before- the house we reserved was no longer available. We were upgraded to a house that was much closer to the water park. My children/grandchildren really enjoyed the water park. The staff took care of our small issues promptly. It truly was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was beautiful, clean, and well organized. You will not be disappointed!
