Worth it!
I am so thankful we used enchanting travels to plan our trip to Banff. Our travel consultant helped us decide what type of activities we might enjoy and was very knowledgable about the location. She presented an itinerary and helped us make changes to suit exactly what we wanted. It was such a relief not to have to make all of the reservations myself. Once on the trip, our trip coordinator was prompt to respond to any questions we had. Lastly, the app we could all use on the trip had all of the information we needed in one place!

4-5 stars for Anna! Your travel agent Anna is excellent. Your software is awful. If I could give it a zero I would.
No one should have to remove their VPN to get access to your website. You are forcing me to downgrade my security by forcing me to turn off my vpn in order to access your website. That is not good. (Think about this: say I have to access your site from a hotel room or restaurant public wifi? You want me to remove VPN when I am using public wifi? Not good.) You should get this changed asap.
No one should be forced to use google meet. Present your customers options. (Anna and I found a different non google way to chat.). You should have more options for your customers to meet. ie Zoom which is cross platform and any browser will work.
Your software should be cross platform, any browser should work not just chrome. Every time I tried getting the link to work it ended up asking me to sign up for a google account before I could access the link. What is that? I don't want to sign up for a google account.
I finally ended up having another person on the trip send me the link which I popped into Safari and it worked. That's not my first choice but it worked. Who would want to use Google: a panoptican browser and AI slop ridden search engine is beyond me. There are much better choices.
There are other problems but that's enough for you to tackle.

Enchanting made our trip to Africa a Grand Adventure
Enchanting made our trip to Africa to celebrate our 40th anniversary a grand adventure! Anna listened to our travel ideas/requests and created an exceptional itinerary for us. The camps were each uniquely beautiful with delicious food and highly knowledgeable guides. The animal activities that we saw were unusually rare.
