I had very bad experience each time I have brought any product from enamor

It's fake website. Do not buy anything from here. I ordered lavender suit from the website and they sent two used sarees. They do not respond to your mails. They do not take returns and refunds. It's a fraud website.. I don't recommend it to anyone. No customer service no. Availablle

Don't buy any product

It is a fake website. Pls, don't buy anything from this fake site. I ordered a suit set but they sent me 2 pieces of old clothes at COD order. Don't trust it, not today, and never. They call us by Different no and different name. Elamour is a fake company. No one should order anything from here. They mention COD (Cash on Delivery) and a 15-day return policy on their website, but there’s nothing about refunds. You can give them your money, but they won’t refund it. However, I will post daily reviews to ensure that no one else gets trapped by their fake policies like I did. If you want to waste your money, I suggest everyone orders from this website, receive the wrong product, and forget about getting a refund. But these people forget that customers can teach companies like them a lesson. I will file an FIR against this website because I am a Senior Officer. I want my refund, or else daily reviews will keep coming to expose this fake, pathetic, and worthless website. There are probably many more websites like this one

Actually not a single star ..but to write a review i had to give one..so 0 star.

I ordered 2 enamor product on 24th may. It is a prepaid order. And the next day 25th may the fulfillment status is showing order is fulfilled . But i didn't get any of produt. No tracking details. No courier partner details. No shipping details. Even not showing what i ordered .I cant even think big brands like this can do this . Customer care email is wrong . Customer care number is switched off . So pathetic
