Beware

Beware: Titolo refused to exchange or refund a pair of completely unworn trainers I bought online that were the wrong size, even though I made the request the day they were delivered to me, and the same trainers are still for sale on the website. Apparently this is their policy. What a way to treat customers!

On another occasion they didn't have the shoes I ordered in stock, and just sent a different pair without even asking me if I wanted them. Then they expected me to post them back if I wanted a refund. I wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot first as a lot of people seem to have problems with this company. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from Titolo again.
