I add to the cart the mg/dl instead was changed to nmol/l and when I press the final I did not notice the t was changed and I received the wrong meter

If you are familiar with using mg/dL, we suggest you convert the test result into mg/dL by hand, the formula is mmol/L x 18=mg/dL.

I recived the new Meter kit with test…
I recived the new Meter kit with test strips and prickers and having read the use leaflet i find I cannot use it without setting it up with testing fluid which isn't in the kit, nor can I find it on their website.

The control solution is a special liquid to test whether your glucometer and test strips are working properly.
However, we tested our test strips right after production.
You may skip that step and use the blood glucose meter directly, please rest assured.
