Avoid buying anything from Namshi
I received a defective product (a pair of under armour sport shoes) and returned it on March 26th via aramex. They received it on April 1st and I have been waiting for a refund since that date (more than 30 days).
I have sent an average of 2 emails per week and I always receive the same a answer from them:
(Please accept our apology for the problem, and please note that we will check with the concerned team, and as soon as any update is available, we wil contact you).
And of course no refund issued and they don't get back to me. I think that these bunch of thieves stole my money and I am going to complain directly to the competent authority.
Update: They refunded my money after almost 45 days from the date they received the returned sport shoes.
