This is a scam website. They give a fake tracking link which makes you think that you're waiting for something but in fact they haven't sent anything at all. Pure scam!

Made a refund a few days later and i did not get my money back still after 2 months.

SCAM, we bought 3080 master and after 2 days understood, that this is a scam site, they didn't respond to our emails and support doesn't work! I tried to email them to make a refund because I wanted to buy another video card on their site (it's not true, but I need my money), and they responded to me with a fake "Microsoft Outlook" account with a lot of information, where was written that asp-relay-pe.jellyfish.systems declined my email to en-games.com because of some reasons. The weirdest that there was a suspicious file .eml (refund.eml because I wrote an email subject "refund") and the email was in Russian. ( I know it, but my outlook always sends emails in English). Will report on them in international scam services, at least will not stay quiet for these scams. And attention! Stay aware of them. It is good, that I didn't open those file and links provided on their fake email from Microsoft

25/3/21 I paid by bank transfer 604 € for a graphic card rtx-3060 after 5 days they sent a receipt and a tracking number to a delivery-up.net company then they did not answer emails on phones and en games and the courrier .It is a fraud I have made a complaint to cybercrime I filed a lawsuit with all the information I have in the police of Greece.And a complaint of disputing a transaction in my bank.And I am waiting for the developments ....

Careful!!! en-games.com is a SCAM! I ordered a video card, from Spain, to Romania on 13.03.2021 and it didn't arrive even after 24 days; I emailed them to solve the problem amicably, but they did not answer me. Including, the tracking site is a scam; THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING! They fooling you that the package transits countries, but you won't receive anything. Ex: delivery-up.net /?tracking_id=DUPEG84958798212 At the end, it will tell you that the package is seized by customs, which is completely false! First the site had the domain hosted on godaddy.com then they moved it to tucows domains com I filed a complaint with the bank, where I paid with the card (604 EURO). I will also file a complaint with the Police for fraud. Make pictures of what you do to have evidence, record video and most importantly, do not order ANYTHING! If you still do not trust these comments, you risk your own money!

Even their address is block of flats. Do not buy anything from them. They are selling unstock grahic cards. The price is %70 cheaper than market for cheat you guys.

I've also had a bad experience with this company. The phones displayed on the website are fake; also the phone nr. from the delivery company, always busy. If that company even exists...

Never received a reply to any email sent to them. I've reported this to my bank in the foolish hope that I will receive my money back. I've also been told that a supervisor will contact me, and guess what? Not a call, or email until today.

If any of you managed to get your money back, please tell us what you did. Maybe you can help someone in need. I can't believe a site like this can stay up on the web for so long and nobody can't do anything to prevent this in the future.
