Ivana and Rafael thank you it was good…

Ivana and Rafael thank you it was good meeting you today. We received excellent service from start to finish. You were both incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped us feel confident in our choices. You answered all our questions without any pressure, and we left feeling reassured that we had made the right decision to buy the product. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for both great service and expert advice.

Avoid in Budapest

This is a terrible company, that is ripping of customers with over priced products and agressive sales people. They are out on the street, trying to lure customers in to the shop using words from your native language, in my case Irish. They tried some products on my face and used very forced sales techniques offering the eye cream to me for 1k, then €700 and €300 making it appear like a good offer. Thankfully i did not buy but from reading these reviews people have fallen for the scam.

Timea and Emma are charming as hell

Timea and Emma are charming as hell! Was so cynical and untrusting but they actually produced results along with being adorable. Truly effective product but even sweeter young women! They walked us to a restaurant, ensured we got to a good thermal bath and really went out of their way to support our travels! Had such fun although I came into this rolling my eyes when my travel friend was pulled in! Truly an unexpected pleasure

Ivana was great

Ivana was great. Nice and chatty. I now look 10 years younger in less than 5 minutes

Don't just walk past her, it's worth spending 20 minutes with her.

Do not enter this shop!

"I strongly urge anyone visiting Budapest to avoid this place at all costs. In December 2025, my friend and I were aggressively approached on the street and pressured into the shop with the promise of a 'free' beauty treatment. This was a massive mistake.
Inside, the staff used unwashed, ungloved hands to apply cream to our faces without any hygiene standards or allergy tests. Under extreme pressure, we were manipulated into paying £500 for two 'miracle' creams. It wasn't until we returned to our hotel that we discovered the boxes were completely empty.
This is a professional scam operation. If you look at the reviews, you will see a pattern: genuine victims describe the exact same aggressive tactics, while the 5-star reviews are clearly fake, using repetitive language to praise the 'friendly staff.' They have no global presence and exist solely to rip off tourists. Do not be polite—just walk away.

Deceptive Street Scam – Daniel Used Fake Icelandic Connection to Lure Us In and Tried to Charge 275,000 HUF for 10 ml of Temporary Glue

We were walking along Váci út in Budapest when a man named Daniel approached us. He immediately claimed he had lived in Iceland, spoke a few words in Icelandic, and built instant rapport. It was a calculated, professional manipulation designed to lower our guard and make us trust him. Within minutes he had steered us into the Emyla Beauty Salon at Váci út 113 and launched into a high-pressure sales pitch for their “Age Defying Syringe Treatment.”s
He pushed a 10 ml syringe of product and demanded 275,000 Hungarian Forints — the equivalent of approximately 860 USD. For ten millilitres.
This is not skincare. It is a cheap silicate-based film former that creates a temporary tightening effect for a few hours at most, then washes off with your next cleanse. The same technology is sold on Amazon for $20–$40 under different brand names. Emyla simply repackages it in a fancy syringe, calls it “active peptides,” and preys on tourists with aggressive, deceptive tactics.
Daniel is not the friendly guy he pretends to be. He is part of a well-oiled operation that uses street lures, fake personal stories, and language tricks to separate visitors from their money. Multiple recent TripAdvisor reviews describe the exact same experience with Daniel and the same product. This is not a salon — it is a tourist trap that operates with the precision of a scam.
My wife and I walked out without buying. Do not make the same mistake we almost did. If you are approached by anyone from Emyla — especially Daniel — turn around and keep walking. There is nothing of value here, just overpriced temporary gimmicks and predatory sales pressure.
This place should carry a government health warning for tourists. Avoid at all costs.
