SAme happened to me, only order 1 pair of m=foot masenegers and they have charged for two. There was no way of knowing. Trying for refund x4 emails and still will not refund. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered two-foot massager they have taken four from my credit card $115 57 and $130 plus international transfer fees. $9.12 I lost $450 plus $9.12 international transfer fees.
I asked them to cancel the order and reimburse my money.

This company sent me my order of ems foot & ankle heat therapy massager. I repeatedly ask where to sent this item back to. I ask over 5 times. When they finally did respond they told me I had 2 days to send it back or get nothing. I know i had a 90 days to ship back if I did not want it. Now they say it is just 30 days. They fooled around and never sent me an address as to where I am to send it and now they say my 30 days are up so I get NO refund
I cant be the only one who has be stung by this company.
