I am so thrilled with this red light panel! I know the benefits and it just makes me happy knowing that there’s an easy way I can improve my health with just 20 minutes a day! I also had some intense bruising from a surgery, and after two sessions of red light, bruising was almost completely gone!

Love my ETERNO Mask from EMR TEK. It’s very relaxing to sit for ten minutes and let the maak do its thing. Highly recommend and chose this after reading a lot of information on different types of masks. This one has the most data I could find and I see why. It can be a little tight on the nose as other reviews had said so I usually just hold the bottom as close to my chin as possible rather than tightening the whole thing. Trust me, this thing is a must buy. Well worth it.

I purchased an Eterno mask in December 2025. The last week of February, I started to have trouble with the remote, so I reached out to the email listed on the customer service website on 02-27. I was initially pleased by the immediate response and explained that when switching to the green and yellow light features, the remote stopped working. I could hear something rattling around inside the controller and the connection didn't seem right. I was informed that a lot of customers have that problem and it is usually a result of not charging the remote correctly and I received a short video explaining the proper way to charge the remote. Having read the directions prior to use and since the remote is labeled where to insert the charging cord for charging and using the mask, I can assure you this was NOT the problem and replied that I had read the directions and was charging it correctly. I also had a friend who had purchased a mask in November and the first time I used the mask was with her and she ALSO showed me how it worked; it's honestly not that difficult. The next response I received from customer care was a request that I send a quick video showcasing how I was plugging in the remote when charging. I complied and sent it off but was asked to re-send it as the customer care team could not view it.
It is now 5 days later and the mask is not working at all with my remote. I wrote to customer care two days ago saying I brought my mask and remote to my friend's house to see if it would work with her mask; it did not, however, HER remote and cord worked perfectly with my mask; so it was as I said, the cord and remote are defective. At this point, I can't use the mask at all - which is really annoying when you consider all the emails I receive from EMR-TEK encouraging me to use the products and pretty soon it becomes a habit and an integral part of self-care. I was already making it an integral part of my self care, and now I am unable to use it at all.
I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of response I have received and I have to admit, it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth regarding EMR-TEK, INC. I have a co-worker who is very interested in purchasing a mask, but she is holding off until she sees how this situation is resolved. It is very frustrating that I am unable to deal with anyone except through email. I want to purchase an additional product, to the tune of $700+, but I am reluctant if I can not get assistance when things are malfunctioning and it is implied that I don't know how to charge the device.
At this point, I do not recommend this company based on the poor response from customer service.

At first, I had some issues with mailing and other things. It did frustrate me and I almost lost it on lack of customer service not responding. Finally, the one amazing guy who helped me was Tigran. I can’t thank him enough for going way over beyond on helping me. He is truly the best guy EMR TEK has. Thank you again for all the help and I’m very happy about my Krypton 606. As long as Tigran is still around then I will be another repeat customer. Give this man a raise for all the hard work he has done! 🩵

Purchased the pro with stand and it’s been amazing so far.
Ordered a mask, a panel and two bulbs on black friday.
Items were shipped but held at customs where I had to pay additional charges. EMR were slow to respond but eventually offered to refund any additional fees.

As for the products, the IR and NIR panel has been one of the best investments I have made as it has helped me deal with various injuries that have plagued me for years. I use the panel 4-5 times a week for 12 minutes (6 minutes per side).
The face mask has also led to visibly better face skin for my girlfriend.
The light bulbs were just colored LED bulbs, pretty meh.

I am having an issue with receiving the money I earned as a commission. I have continually had customer service communication issues, whether it was an order not arriving or trying to receive my payout for promised commissions. I have reached out multiple times to the email for affiliates and have not heard anything back. This company is not reliable at all!

They called me by phone to resolve the incident, they have been very kind and I already have my glasses.
I received the EMR-TEK FIREWAVE with a missing cord. Customer service is dreadful… 3 weeks and numerous emails and as of 2-3-26 no cord. I get an email apologizing … but then they drop the ball…. If anyone reads this review think twice before buying from this company !!

I have been housebound with an unusual manifestation of lupus for roughly ten years now. Within a few days' time, I have experienced objective improvement with shrinking of persistently enlarged lymph nodes and normalizing skin (that has been red, flaking, and weeping, like a severe sunburn). Though not diabetic, I have most recently developed a lemon-sized ulcer in my left calf due to poor circulation.. It is not yet healed, but has stopped enlarging and is not as deep as it was. I am hopeful that, given more time, it will resolve entirely. Thank You EMR TEK, you have really been a blessing to me.
