Excellent experience and value for money
I am not one for DIY and my flat has needed to have some work done on it for a long time, however I don't find it easy to trust people when I am not an expert in certain areas and any sort of renovation really puts me off. After a friend highly recommended Rob, I decided to take the plunge.
Not only is the job top quality, I was talked through the whole process and understood why things were done the way they were, it filled me with confidence and made me feel relaxed - which I feel is essential. I was also given advice on other aspects such as decorating so that I would come to do a good job when painting.
If you are looking for someone to help you with your renovation needs then I would not hesitate in recommending Rob to you. You will not regret it.

My recent experience
I recently used Empty Property Seller for some advice regarding my property. I have a terraced house on the market and despite having plenty of viewings, not many offers have been placed.
They came to the property to take a look from an investors point of view. This was absolutely amazing as they picked up on potential issues that would stop an investor purchasing the property.
Their knowledge on property is outstanding and you can tell how much they enjoy their work, they were enthusiastic to help me. Some areas of work were fairly technical but they broke them down into simple ways for me to understand.
I would 100% recommend Empty Property Seller to friends & family, and wouldn’t hesitate to sell a property through them.
