Their full name is: Renta Antigua El Bierzo Leon Sl - located in Calle Bruselas, 40 - 1 C, Las Rozas De Madrid, 28232, Madrid.
They fully exploit low earning individuals, give no assistance as an agency in any issue. I have had in a full four person flat 5 people living actively - garbage everywhere. Nor the tenants or the agency did anything. I decided to leave after living in this for 7 months. Could not take it anymore. They had a super bad attitude from the start but I needed a place to stay. They really used that against me. After leaving, the room was in perfect condition - the agency purchased my new mattress, moreover their old one was there (obviously). I left a clothing hanger for free.
They claimed they needed to clean the room after me and my girlfriend was living there (visitation was in the contract) we visited each other normally. I explained this and also the case with the mattress.
They insisted in taking my full deposit without any second thought. I left the room cleaner than i got it. Much cleaner.
I would sleep on the streets of Madrid than to rent from this “agency”.
Stay away from them if you want to keep your cash. They advertise on idealista.
