NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY MEDSPA OWNER

As a medspa founder, this world is all about taking care of your patients and making them feel special. If this is your belief, DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY for anything. It takes roughly 14 days to get an RX, even though they say 4 days!! Maybe 4 days before they even look at the order. I have lost $1000s of dollars in return patients, because they can go to any medspa on the corner and get what they need a lot faster. TRUST ME PLEASE DONT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING BUT ESPECIALLY GLP ORDERS. BELOW i HAVE TO PUT A DATE OF EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately, I can only choose one day but there are several days.

Dr Scott: a mediocre unqualified man

Dr Scott, who had never spoken to me before, despite me requesting to talk about the ingredients in my meds 3 different times,
Called me one day to call me abusive, after I requested to speak to their clinic manager due to the ongoing ableism and bigotry I experienced from their admin every single time I called.

Their pharmacy was just involved in shady behaviors and the clinic I worked with ended their entire contract with them.

My new meds, which are liquid, are an entirely different color than what I was getting from Dr Scott at Empower;
Maybe that is why he never called me back to discuss ingredients... what a gross man.

Places like these are why medical spas are the McDonalds of healthcare; completely plastic people with no substance and no education.

I guess if you want to support bigotry and exploiting sick people, Kayla will take care of you.

Go anywhere else.
These people are bigots.
Bigots dont belong in healthcare.

Kayla and Dr Scott are monsters.

Great customer service and product

My primary care provider sends in my prescription directly to Empower. The semaglutide+B12 works exactly as it should, and vials are securely packaged. Customer service has been better than expected; even throughout the delays in access, the representatives are very patient, friendly, and fastidious. Vials ship relatively quickly, now that prescriptions are processed 24 hours a day.

I enjoy empower pharmacy

I see some bad reviews, but I have had 0 issues with empower. They fill my prescription every month on time. My glp-1 tirzepatide always shows up cold and in a nice cooler. The medication works really well and I'm really happy with them thus far. I'm on month 3 using their tirzepatide niacin prescription! I also get constant updates through ups showing it's on its way and when it'll be here. Like the exact time. Also shipping takes 3 days!

Awful product

Awful product.
Does not work. Caused multiple GI problems that one cannot live with while taking their product.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I was hoping Ivim wouldn’t use this pharmacy for my prescription of tirzepitide again because I was sent my last doses from them and I had no effects of the medication. The fact is I was hungrier and started gaining weight again. Unfortunately ivim did use this pharmacy again and it has been sent so I hope it is not saline like I suspect the last batch was.

I believe the "medicine" is fake

I truly believe they're dispensing false product. I've used 3 other pharmacies before Empower and everything was great. As soon as my provider switched to Empower, all physical benefits of semaglutide stopped. I'm hungry all the time, stopped losing weight, joints are inflamed, etc. Someone needs to investigate whether their "medicine" contains medicine.

The worst pharmacy ever

The worst pharmacy ever, quick to take payments and then don't update you at least for a month.
The customer service is worst either they don't reply to calls or emails or if you are able to speak with them by chance. Their customer service representatives are very ill mannered.

I didn't even want to give one star

I didn't even want to give one star! They are horrible, and the ridiculous answers the representative gave as to why they have taken over a month to even process the prescription is pitiful. I am surprised with all of the poor reviews that anyone that is reputable would use them at all.

I hope this pharmacy gets shut down

I hope this pharmacy gets shut down. I paid a lot for a tirzepitide compound, and I'm sure it's water. I feel hungrier than when I was on nothing and more ravenous than when I was on a Semaglutide compound with another pharmacy (which I got much quicker). Empower provided no tracking information to Mochi or me and no way to contact them until I received the package. I didn't want to contact anyone; I just wanted to cancel everything. I'm furious that I have wasted this money and will never use this scam pharmacy again.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. I was surprised to get a text to provide a rating.

Only use this pharmacy if you want your blood pressure and anxiety to go through the roof. I have used them for three months and every month it's a hot mess. They are disorganized and do not follow up. As a client I follow up with them at least a dozen times because they don't so what they say they'll do. Then each month we are in the red zone and meds are potentially not coming in time.
I urge you to find an alternate pharmacy. I am moving on myself to another one because I can't handle the anxiety and the babysitting of this one.

Red flags

Been getting the runaround on a prescription. It's taking forever. They told me that they needed clarification from my doctor on the rx Which did not make any sense. They said they would reach out themselves but didn't so I had to reach out to my doctor myself. Then they never got in touch with me afterwards so I was complaining to my doctor only to be told that she had been in touch with them the week before. Then they Told me I needed to call and pay, Which I did and my hsa Card didn't go through. I have used my HSA card for everything medical/rx over the past three years and I've never been denied. This is a huge red flag to me.

Issue Filling a Prescription

First off, the customer service department is stellar. Every time I’ve had a problem (which is often) they have gotten to the bottom of it and had it resolved in one phone call.

The problem apparently lies in the pharmacy itself. I submitted a refill request on 3/27/24 via the Empower website. There were 0 refills remaining, and general procedure is for Empower to contact my physician, who will then write a new prescription. Empower did not contact my physician, nor did they contact me to say there was a problem. Now I am out of meds, and will have to wait 7-10 days for it to be filled and delivered.

This not the first time I’ve had trouble getting a script filled, nor is it the last I fear
