Trying to claim my $80 rewards for Christmas and it is now a pokie site, no answer to numerous emails. Stay away they rip you off. Worked hard to earn that money and I was saving for Christmas, great way to cheat people. Very disappointed

they ripped me off for $50 that I earned for doing surveys
I redeemed the $50 to go to my paypal account and it showed that on there statement but it never made it.
Tried contacting them by email on three occasions with no response.
Just went to there supposed website and it is now a Best Real Money Pokies site and no surveys listings
Would not touch this shifty company ever again

I redeemed the $50 to go into my PayPal account and it says on my statement that that is the case but I have never sighted it.

Reading a few of these other reviews, I realize I am not the only one who lost out on rewards for doing surveys with this organisation. Quite a few months ago I redeemed some points for paypal credit, points got deducted but nothing was received. Written several times on their Help link but get no response.
Today I even got a Happy Birthday greeting from Empowered Surveys. Did a bit more Google searching and found out the company that owns Empowered Surveys - GROWTHOPS LTD went into administration back in April. So my points are as good as gone. Lesson learnt - don't accumulate too many points without cashing in, or risk loosing them all.

They have gone downhill very fast.
Empowered Surveys, ever since they "updated" their site, I have received NO surveys. I tried Tuesday choose day, but every survey I click on lets me get so far and then knocks me out. NO POINTS. Not sure when this started, did not note the date.

Stopped receiving surveys, went to site to redeem egiftcard it went through but haven't received yet and it has been over a month. Contact help centre and still waiting for a reply.

I’ve been a member for around 3 years. I’ve never had a problem redeeming my points for rewards before now. No response at all to my queries. Zilch, nada. And yes I checked my spam folder. It takes a long time to build up points and bitterly disappointing when all attempts to retrieve awards have been ignored. Will be deactivating my account.

Have been a member of Empowered Surveys for many years and have always found the surveys interesting to answer on many different subjects. The rewards are good and helps manage the yearly budget a bit easier

Being involved in this community is a great experience - you learn about new products and ideas, and are able to give your opinion. Redeeming a reward for your time is a very easy process - only takes about 24 hours to receive a gift card.

good quality interesting surveys, good rewards, pay out rewards quickly

Help always available if needed for rewards, usually like me I was using the wrong browser. Keeps the brain working and fun surveys. Thank you

Takes literally a year to earn enough to redeem one voucher. Incompatible with certain browsers if you choose privacy settings, it will send you down a 20 page screener rabbit hole of time wasting before you screen out anyway. I am a long time member, do not use this one.

Very concerned site will not permit access to claim rewards in spite of still sending surveys.
have now cancelled in spite of being owed.

Like Joosy said, I'm having exactly the same problem, get surveys, go into them, then nuffin, get screened out day after day, or I go through the usual first 3 questions & it just goes back to the start over & over again.

This was a great survey site that I have been with for a few years. In the last few months though it has been basically useless. I get emails to do a survey but then I am always screened out. I haven't been able to redeem points for over 6 months. It's really gone downhill.

I enjoy doing the surveys and receiving the rewards with a variety of options available from the gifts

Interesting surveys and you usually get something for just trying.

always have lots of new and different surveys which are easy to answer
