It has been a fairly seamless process…

It has been a fairly seamless process for me. I signed up and got my credentials almost immediately, and was able to send it off to my candidates right away. I also received their results immediately after they took the tests.

I was able to narrow down my candidate pool based on the results of the tests. Ironically, a couple of candidates that claimed to be strong in the programs i tested for (Word 2016, Excel 2016 and Outlook 2016) ended up scoring very low.

Overall, i have had a positive experience.
