I was told id receive confirmation…

I was told id receive confirmation email as well as documents for plan and i never got a thing except for various surveys about my experience

The sales person was kind

The sales person was kind, polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what I was getting, and gave me time to verify things online step by step. I feel the coverage we got was reasonably priced, and overall a great value for all the protection provided.

I canceled the policy within the month…

I canceled the policy within the month of receiving the policy. Spoke with a rep more than once to avoid drafting my account. I did not have funds in the account because I did not trust the repository ability to properly cancel the policy. Therefore no payment was made in April. I received a text asking for my permission to reprocess the payment again I stated the policy should be canceled. I wake up this morning and there is a draft of a payment. I am not happy.

Common sense isn't common today!

The app and customer service are a joke. If you have even a tiny bit of common sense, do not have any dealings with this app or anyone who has it. Cause they probably are just as insane as the people behind this app...... straight up joke and ridiculous

Salesman Matthew miss represented the company and promised more than I received. I have been trying to cancel my contract before it takes effect and now think I will have to deal with my credit card company instead. The buero of consumer repairs and consumer affairs would like to see how I have been ignored.
