Never received any policy information by mail

Very bad very bad

I was told id receive confirmation email as well as documents for plan and i never got a thing except for various surveys about my experience

The communication could be better, the customer service staff was incredibly rude with me on the phone.

The sales person was kind, polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what I was getting, and gave me time to verify things online step by step. I feel the coverage we got was reasonably priced, and overall a great value for all the protection provided.

Liar,Liar, Liar

I canceled the policy within the month of receiving the policy. Spoke with a rep more than once to avoid drafting my account. I did not have funds in the account because I did not trust the repository ability to properly cancel the policy. Therefore no payment was made in April. I received a text asking for my permission to reprocess the payment again I stated the policy should be canceled. I wake up this morning and there is a draft of a payment. I am not happy.

I already have an account and have for 2 1/2 years, I haven't cancel it 🙃 you have my account mixed up with my Son Daniel Fox.

Had an issue about not covering what they said was supposed to be covered was straightened out with ease

The app and customer service are a joke. If you have even a tiny bit of common sense, do not have any dealings with this app or anyone who has it. Cause they probably are just as insane as the people behind this app...... straight up joke and ridiculous

Representative was very nice answered my questions

Salesman Matthew miss represented the company and promised more than I received. I have been trying to cancel my contract before it takes effect and now think I will have to deal with my credit card company instead. The buero of consumer repairs and consumer affairs would like to see how I have been ignored.

I did not approve all these charges. I have called several times. Never knew I had home insurance for repairs. Now I am being charged and I do not know what for.

Have not had a need to use the product yet.

I was not giving a complete overview of your company, your plans that was available, and the saleman gave me the feeling that i was being lied too, and he could not be trusted and to me trust is importany

Great company and I had no issues. I did use their service once and everything was paid for.👍

The rep was knowledgeable and assisted me to understand what I was getting. The real test of what kind of service Empire auto provides is if and when a a claim might need to submitted and the action the company takes. Ask again then for the real experience.
