I would have preferred NOT to place any…

I would have preferred NOT to place any star. But unfortunately i still had to give one star. I placed an order more than a month ago now. I have been chasing my order for weeks now. Both EMMI FASHION or DHL barely responds or does not come up with a solution and the delivery company cannot do anything as well. In the end i'm left without money but with additional expenses incurred to continously(daily, sometimes even several times a day) drive behind and sending emails. Package is now missing for more than 2 weeks now also late. Needed it for halloween but is no use to me anymore. I bought other item somewhere else. So tip NEVER nuy at EMMI fFASHION or use DHL.
