The wallpaper is amazing - so different and stylish than anything else on the market

Probably the best online customer service I have ever had and I’ve purchased a lot online! Shipping/tracking was spot on!! And coming from London to US was incredibly fast! But the best part was the amazing, gorgeous Kruger Velvet pillow I received! GORGEOUS! Packaged so beautifully! The gift bag itself is worth framing!! Emma is so gifted, her work is magnificent! Thank you!!!

Ordered friday received saturday. Well wrapped. EJS fairies helpful. Would buy from Emma Shipley again, got two more candles or two more diffusers left to buy sometime. This brand has beautiful designs and is worth every penny. :)

Love, love , the cushions we bought and have had many compliments but the problem we have is that the white feathers are appearing everywhere!

I came across Emma J Shipley on a social media ad, and after completely falling in love with her designs, I ordered a cushion for my guest bedroom. It arrived insanely fast via DHL to my home here in Philadelphia, and it's absolutely stunning. The quality of the workmanship and fabric is excellent, and I especially love that it came with an insert. I'll definitely be buying from Emma again, and I only wish she shipped her furniture to the US!

I ordered an iPhone case. I thought it would fit my iPhone 11 but it doesn’t and they don’t do one to fit this size phone which is disappointing. Returns are at my cost and refund apparently takes a while. It’s a shame as the designs are fabulous and I was looking forward to great feedback from my friends and customers.

I purchased a jigsaw puzzle as a gift for a friend. She was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful good quality item. Fast and efficient delivery was also a fantastic bonus. Great company and beautiful designs. I would definitely purchase again.

Great Customer Service to resolve a small quality issue that ES had already spotted and warned me about. Such things happen but when you have such effective customer service that ES provides, it makes your believe that there is good in the world.

Bought the Lynx walpaper and the velvet cushions. Im so in love with the print and tje quality. I Will be back to order more when i do other rooms. 😊

Really disappointed with the coasters. They look beautiful but are a complete pain in the a**e when you but an ice cold drink on them, they stick to the bottom of the glass!! I'm going to have to get rid of them! waste of money as i'd been looking for the coasters to go with our decor for so long and didnt want to waste any money during our re-decoration.

I've made two orders from Emma Shipley and both times the items that I received were high quality, beautiful and completely unique. The attention to detail in the artwork is amazing! I see something different almost every time I look at my tray and placemats.
Shipping was quicker than expected and I found the website easy to use. I will definitely order again!

Very disappointing quality. I bought one double Jungle Palms duvet cover and two matching Jungle Palms Standard Pillowcases in November 2020 as a 'house treat' Christmas present. They arrived beautifully packaged but the cotton seemed surprisingly thin. And then the first time I washed them last week, the 'bright white' turned pale blue and the finish on the cotton has gone slightly furry, like polycotton. For a duvet set costing over £160, I was astonished. I've emailed the company and shockingly, they suggested I washed it in a fabric brightener!! it's an extraordinarily unprofessional response.
I have asked for a refund three times and an address to return the items.
I've never had to return a duvet cover for such a reason ever. I usually buy from Designers Guild which is of very high quality.
Such a shame because I absolutely love the Emma Shipley design.

I have ordered twice from this website. All Emma's designs are amazing, and so beautiful. I had a small issue with the first order which was resolved swiftly and easily, hence I ordered again and will do moving forward. Great service!
