Product details
Foraging is essentially free wild food but it’s important to gather goodies sustainably and ensure they’re safe to eat. Wild mushrooms are particularly plentiful in autumn but easy to misidentify (some are poisonous), so take great care.
Mushrooms with such glorious names as Giant Puffball, Penny Bun and Jelly Ear are perfectly safe to turn into a mushroom soup or broth to serve in this Foraging Soup Plate.
If you’re lucky enough to find chanterelles and cep mushrooms, you’ve discovered culinary gold to make a delicious pasta dish or earthy risotto for your hand-crafted soup dish.
Whatever you use our autumnal-patterned soup plate for, celebrate the season in the most enjoyable way possible.
