Appalling service
Appalling service - DON’T RECOMMEND - I have not received half my boxes, jewellery is not of good quality, it was a pain to try to cancel it (they would not do it even when I was receiving nothing, it’s been a long battle) and they force a re-subscription on you - then when finally i managed to get the subscription cancelled, they send you an email - 3 months later - that your new box is on its way… i, of course have not received anything but i have many emails between their service department and myself.

Loved the first box!
Amazing packaging, clear communication! They send an e-mail when they send the package. The packaging looks and feels very luxury. There is a little note included with some information about the jewelry. And the necklace was off course gorgeous!
