Really good and helpful support in assisting with my query, from Kevin in customer service.

I signed up but quickly learned that they weren't a service I would use.

It's not possible to be removed from their email lists, no matter how to you try to unsubscribe. They send multiple emails per day, and reporting it as spam to your email provider somehow doesn't seem to work.

Was not able to cancel free trial with out going to
Great effort . no notification of trial end and doesn’t appear in Apple subscriptions . Doesn’t support my investment accounts . Interface was good but made it difficult to cancel free trial and no warning before payment was taken . Dislike lack of autonomy for payment plans .

This was sold to me as a free account but on set up I keep getting referred to a paying account. Help line is not responding. After linking my live accounts to track my spending this is very worrying

They solved my issue and it was quick and I’m happy thank you

Great app I’m loving it just a little expensive at full price

I have been using Emma for a year now and find it invaluable in keeping track of my budget and transactions. I actually find it fun to use and find many other features helpful such as cashback and the fraud tracker. They’re frequently adding new features based on customer feedback and their customer service is great too

At a glance, I can find a missing business expense or see how the price of something has changed over time.

The app is honestly amazing, it has helped me become aware of my finances, get out of debt, and stop overspending every month! The budget tool is fantastic at helping me visualise how much money I have for certain things, it even gives a monthly average based on previous spending so you know whether the budgets you're setting are realistic or not. For less than £10 a month, this is unbelievably worth the money! I also like the graphs for net worth, debt, and assets - as it helps me view trends over time. I can see how I'm improving each month, quarter, or year. I cannot rate this highly enough if you're also struggling to keep on track of your finances.

Personally I had a great experience so far with Emma app. I found it such a useful tool to keep track of my spending and stay within my monthly budget. It is very userfriendly and the customer service is great and replies promptly. Thanks Kevin for your help!

Loved the app!

Emma is a great financial app. It is easy to use and helps me immensely with creating a budget, sticking to it, and really having a solid idea of where my money is going. It’s user friendly - highly recommend!

Excellent good

Really good app. Helps you make plans save money and gives you a brillant overview off your spending. Would really recommend it. My brother told me about it was abit sceptical. But do not regret using it.

Had a bug on the app and their support was able to assist me on resolving the issue fairly promptly.
