Very straight forward and easy application .

Very perplexed having filled the form out to be told my car wasn’t affected when my Audi Q3 was recalled and went to the Audi dealer to be reset!! No explanation provided

I wanna get paid.

So far so good quick and easy to fill in details. Also process. Just waiting on how much i can claim back.

Six years ago this company lost my signing up case twice, then once applied for third time i was hounded for all documentation daily
Over six year period i was never given updated always myself contacting them stated we are not dealing with your car manufacturer yet
Today now say

We are getting in touch with you about your NOx Emissions Claim.

Throughout the Litigation process, we have conducted several checks based on the information you provided to verify the validity of your claim. Based on our findings, we believe that your claim cannot continue as part of this Litigation.

As a result, we will cease our investigations and legal representation and terminate our Retainer Agreement with you.

We are required to inform you of the reason for this termination

It took six years for this

Total waste my time, i advise all people seeking compensation to stay away from MY Diesel Claim

Rubbish. Said I was not eligible as I supposedly purchased the the E pace after December 2022. However, the vehicle was purchased in June 2020 after the Covid lockdown. Even a child with limited intelligence could workout that June 2020 was before Dec 2022….. but this bunch can’t .

30.07.25 - I have been requested to send additional information to verify my review. However, there is no mechanism to send this information in Trust Pilot. However, below is a copy of the text I received :-
"Hi Matthew, thanks for checking reg# OW **GXD. Unfortunately, you owned the car after December 2022 so it's not eligible for a claim. Owned any other cars before this date? Check them here: www emissionscheatclaim.co.uk"

What worrying is that a firm of solicitors can't stop another party copying their website.

First of all in your reply to my complaint below, you called me Matt. My name is not Matt. Secondly it was you who dealt or was supposed to be dealing with my emissions claim. As this link in text you sent me takes me straight to you, but as i’ve just found out can't even paste the link here to show you.
Unable to directly contact this company. No updates on how things are going.

Like - information relating to claim background and
rationale good.
Dislike - no obvious information on fees provided.
- no possibility to provide current address vs.
address at the time of vehicle purchase.
Additional information "box" would be
useful to enable such current vs. historic
details update .

I have put off claiming because I thought that it would be a difficult and lengthy process.

Just easy enough to do,

I have processed a claim with only a signature outstanding. However despite numerous attempts my signature, which is difficult to provide on a mobile phone, is constantly rejected. What am I supposed to do as there appears no way of making contact to obtain help. Disappointing.

I find this company emissions claim website very great and I was able to lodge in my claim for my vehicle diesel emissions cheat related and I was very happy. Great job thanks to this great team.
