Great selection and authentic products. I did a big order and one item was missing but they sent a replacement pretty quickly which I was very grateful for! 4 stars instead of 5 because there are still quite a few products that I’ve been waiting for which have said “coming soon” for ages and also some perfumes that they just don’t sell. Hopefully they will in future🤞🏽

The order took quite a while to be dispatched, but once I got in touch with them, it was shipped very quickly. I love the perfumes, they smell amazing, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Customer service literally said they don't sell unsealed product and for that reason they are not going to allow a return because I opened the box, bear in mind that one of their product were unsealed. I dont appreciate service like that. Definitely will never buy again and would not recommend family and friend

Great experience deliveres on time perfumes at a affordable price

Unpleasant experience and would not recommend, ordered a fragrance well over a week ago and did not receive any further news besides the order confirmation. I had to contact them by email (website form does not work) and they responded fairly quickly stating that my fragrance is out of stock which shocked me as it did not show this anywhere. Only alright thing was the customer service and the provision of a full refund (deservedly) in appropriate time.

Purchased Nyla perfume, had seen it on other platforms but Emirates Oud were the best deal I had seen, quick delivery very happy with my purchase already have my eye on some other perfumes will be ordering soon.

Local shop to me, so I can pick up in person which saves on the delivery cost, which is a nice option. But anyway, prices are very reasonable compared to other online competitors. Having met the family who run this business, I liked their work ethic and morality.

Placed an order, after 6 days I had to ask what is going on as there was no update and noone even send it yet. Then when I check on it instead of 3 perfumes I payed for I received only 2. Shame all of them suppose to be a gift! On top of that noone even informed me that one of the product will not arrive so I had to ask myself. Hopefully I will receive my refund.
One of the boxes been smashed as well.
