Absolute Catastrophe. Nothing works.

From the booking here in Nairobi, which was a very awesome, the flight was amazing, on-board service was on point, well timed and the food😘.
My stay was awesome i enjoyed every bit of what the country and cities had to offer.
I will definitely choose Emirates Airlines everytime.

Book holiday for Dubai. Poor communication and handling of issues. Emirates Airlines has an advisory that any booking for travel from Feb 28 to Mar 31, 2026 has the option to rebook or refund due to the current issues at the gulf. However, Emirates Holidays group will not comply to the advisory but instead will make you wait until 48-72 hours before the flight putting your vacation hanging up on the air. This group is not aligned with Emirates Airlines advisory. Worst experience ever.

My partner and I just returned from our second trip booked with Emirates Holidays to Dubai. And again I can not falter the service received. Right from the booking process the interaction and communication from our consultant Dale, to the collection and drop off at the hotel is been effortless.

Great selection of hotels and flights made this a seamless and convenient way to find the holiday I had in mind. Helpful staff gave me the confidence to book using Emirates Holidays.

It was a great experience to deal with emirates holiday, special thanks to Ms. Mumtaz at the Emirates Nairobi office. She is extremely efficient and responsive. Seamless service all around.

My wife and I have just returned again from another lovely trip to the Maldives booked again through Emirates Holidays.

Short notice trip but again Emirates Holidays managed to sort something out for us which was great.

The staff were great and the regular updates through email kept us well up to date on things.

The connections at Male were good with only a short time to wait for our next connection out to our final destination. The same with our return back to Male then back to Dubai.

The staff on the ground were excellent and helped make the trip another memorable visit to the Maldives.

We were looking for a last minute deal to Maldives and we had a very good experience with EH.
Hotel and flights on one single site, with a decent selection even 2 days before departure.

i reserved a complete trip package with Emirates holidays to Vienna with my wife and the service was impeccable and over expectation

The whole booking process was seamless and quick and when I needed to make changes Gugulethu was extremely helpful(and very friendly!) and did the changes for me without hesitation.

We had another hotel in mind before contacting Emirates Holidays. Ms Gugulethu advised us of the Lapita Dubai package including its benefits. It was a very good choice compared to ours.

Lapita is perfect including the services offered, the food (Restaurants provide good food, never a dull moment). Buggy services to the park are always on time when needed.

The Villas are clean. The pools are very clean and accessible for all.

The complimentary parks are sooo huge with a lot of activities, you need 1 day for each. Enjoyable for both Adults and Kids.

As promised on our bookings we had private access to the beach and free transport to the Malls.

We arrived in Dubai and as promised we received the meet and greet from the Emirates Team (they are all over the airport, you won't get lost in a foreign Country) and directions to the transfers.

They communicate every step of your trip on email and answer all questions. Your travel becomes easy, and I was Economy, not even Business or first class.

Emirates Holidays delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The flight was smooth, catering delicious, and the crew attentive throughout. On arrival, Emirates staff welcomed us warmly and guided us with clear information.

The hotel matched its description perfectly – great location, excellent food, and outstanding service. Visa arrangements were swift and hassle-free.
