Sadly, the products didn’t meet our expectations and were returned. The customer service on the other hand was excellent and my refund was dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

We are sorry that you did't received your parcel. DPD tried to deliver you on April 15 but it was not possible, they kept your parcel several days in a parcel pick-up shop, but you didn't come to pick it up and after checking the track&trace I saw that DPD sent the parcel back to our warehouse.
We have sent you an email as well to offer an solution.
We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

I received this chair 2 weeks ago. Whilst I was sitting (alone) on the chair then ended up on the floor. One of the legs of the chair simply snapped off and broke. I weigh 60 kg and am 170cm tall. I have photos to show how terribly flimsy the actual wood looks when the leg is broken off. There was no reason for the chair to break except for the poor quality of the wood - it simply was never strong enough. Which is incredibly disappointing!
I have emailed customer service. The telephone number on the website is not in usage. You get a fake message and no one calls you back. It is highly misleading and fraudulent to your customers to have a fake number to call. I would like someone to get in contact with me as I would like a refund asap.

We took already contact with you within 24 hrs of your first message. As explained our Dutch call centre is due to circumstances not operational. But we are doing our utmost to respond to all our emails within 24 hrs on working days as we did to yours.
We asked you to send us pictures of your armchair which we didn’t received yet. As soon as we have received your pictures, we will come back to you by mail as we do with all our customers with a bad or a good review. At Eminza we strive to satisfy all customers.
