2) the driver was by himself (alone) to offload the table (in excess of 60 kgs.)
3) the driver did not allow me to open the package to check for damage otherwise he would take it back with him again

I ordered bed linen, (two king size), and was very pleased with the appearance and quality, but I had a great deal of struggle with the duvet opening on the duvet cover. It has no press studs or buttons, just two folds rather like a pillow case. It is impossible to keep the duvets from falling on the floor during the night.
I had to laboriously sew on press studs, and when I wash them next week, will have to cut off the excess and hem them both. A lot of work!!!!

It's a legit store. Delivered in time. Happy with my purchase - mostly Xmas decorations. They're not the best quality and one item came damaged, but it was inexpensive so I didn't bother returning. Sometimes it's hard to see what the product will look like because there's one photo and no description of material. I would however buy inexpensive things again from them.

Very pleased with the curtains, they look great and very in vogue at the moment with the macramé detail. Exactly as described.
Didn't have to wait long from order to delivery.
They did smell a bit when opening up the packaging but once hung and aired the smell went.

Horrible service
Horrible service. They send me 2 bedlinnen. One was awfully made. The other one was the wrong size. I e-maild them I wanted to send it back. So I had to prove with pictures. I proved it, but they told me I could send the packed back (usually it'll be picked up) but ok. But for that I need a printer, which I don't have. Plus it's a freaking 45 minute drive to the closest delivery store since they use a special company which is not close my Marbella. I asked them for help, since I'm a new client. But they don't want to help me out. Horrible!! I've 3 companies myself, if a customer needs help, we do everything for them. In this case I would never ever buy here again!
