I want to share my experience at this company, in hopes that others are aware before making a decision. I had a medical emergency with my mother, and despite keeping constant communication via email and calls, I was still marked as "absconding." After escalating the matter twice, no proof was provided for this claim. They even asked me to work on weekends, and despite being told the official hours were nine hours, I was expected to stay 9 hours and 30 minutes. The office environment was highly stressful, and both directors showed a lack of professionalism. After exhausting all internal avenues, I’ve filed a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
