SCAM. Inferior Product. As soon as I found out the product was shipping from Asia, I knew it was going to loose my money.

SCAM - not a real boutique, crappy quality, guarantee returns but reality is they offer 15% back or $90 shipping w tracking fee

I just received my order and must say I am terribly disappointed in the quality of the product. The slipper soles are dangerously slippery on carpet as they are smooth plastic and why would you put white velcro on black sandals? It looks terrible. The material that this footwear is made of is like cardboard. Good thing these were on sale as the full price would be ridiculous for this quality. 

My bad for not reading the small print about returns of discounted items and the fact that the customer pays all return costs.

Ordered orthopedic dress shoes for 65.00 each. They said true to size but couldn't even get them on and were plastic crap. Gave me hassle on returning them, offered me 10% off, declined, offered 20% off, declined, offered 30% declined, then they gave a total refund finally after I started a claim with my credit card company. The address they gave me for the return was fake, when searched in Google maps brought me to a totally different address in China. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.

The orthopaedic slippers I ordered were of subpar quality, stiff, vinyl/plastic soles, thin upper layer...and very overpriced. Had I taken the time to review the store website and online comments before purchase, I would not have bought. They look much better in the picture. Products come from Asia. Save your money and avoid.

Horrible experience! Purchased shoes that did not fit. Were not true to size. Asked for a return and was told the shoes would need to be shipped to Asia to their warehouse, instead of back to Toronto. Found out the cost to ship to Asia was almost as much as the shoes cost. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
