Purchase was easy. Shipping was delayed. I purchased a blazer. Sizing was accurate. But the product is cheap and badly made. The material is thin and shiny with interfacing clearly visible even when wearing. No lining or any attempt to present hide stitching. The sleeves are not matching, one seam is wider and bunches at the shoulder. A stain on a sleeve. Looks like a $2 item of clothing. All I can say is .... buyer beware!

It's a con. Not a boutique in Melbourne Australia with 2-6 day delivery. You order then realise its being sent from China and it takes weeks to get to you. Item won't be how it was pictured or advertised. It however will be a nasty badly made version.. mine stated embroidered details on dress but what I got is a bad printed ugly version. Amazingly.. it's even worse than temu. At least temu is cheap!

Do not use this Company!!!
Garments are not as pictured and very poor quality, material is very thin, colours are bright or patterned when ypu expect plain and the cut is skimpy.
They are not in Australia - they are from China
They are hard to get a reurn form from -keep sending emails offering you a discount on further purchases even when you say you are not interested.
Their return address is in China to send at your expence even though they say free 30 day return and if it dosen't arive to their warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your order, they will not refund and say it typicaly takes 15 - 30 days and they muck you round for days geting the form - answer you at 1 or 2am in the morning
Far from a good experience

False advertising! I ordered a knit cardigan which turned out to be a sweatshirt material. They offered me discounts and inferred the return process would be expensive and lengthy. Turns out it came from China not Melbourne! I will never buy from them again and advise anyone else not to.

Absolute worst!! Not even worth 1 star! Would give it 0 if I could! Ordered what I thought was going to be a gorgeous dress (which they stated was reduced from $250!). Paid $125 initially thinking they were a Melbourne based company. Offered free express shipping however after a week or not even being able to track my package and reaching out to them, realised they were not Melbourne based, but operated out of the Netherlands. I waited for item to arrive finally after 3 weeks, and was absolutely appalled at what arrived. Poor quality, cheap fabric and nothing what it looked like! After emailing customer service to enquiry about returning as the website stated they offered refunds however shipping at our own cost, they emails went back and forth for another week offering 15% off, 20% off, 30% off next order. Finally they sent me a return slip and it was literally a DIY printout stating item needed to be turned to a “random” name in china!
Realised I had been scammed and didn’t want to risk paying for shipping to return it to most likely not even receiving a refund, so I’ve had to bite my tongue on this one! Will donate item to charity.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

The website said the company was Melbourne based but when I paid I was charged a foreign fee. Delivery was over two weeks. Item description said polyester cotton when I received the item it was 💯 % polyester and was not the item I Ordered. I have sent emails with a response to say they have received my emails which is a generic response. I have not received an email back. If I could give them a zero I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

want to share my experience with a clothing website called Emilia Melbourne so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I ordered two coats in December 2025 for $249.90 AUD. When they arrived, they were completely different from the photos on the website – very poor quality, thin material, and no labels.

When I contacted the company, I was told I had to return the items to China at my own expense, even though the brand presents itself as “Melbourne”.

I paid for international tracked postage and returned the items as instructed.

Instead of confirming a full refund, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds (15%, 25%, 30% and 40%) and said they would only refund after “inspection”.

I eventually had to lodge a chargeback with my bank to resolve the issue.

After the refund was processed, the parcel I returned was sent back to me on 28 April 2026, which suggests it was never properly accepted or processed.

Ordered a dress, received a dispatched shipping notice. Then received an email advising out of stock and they could provide a store credit. Asked for a refund, they claim they have an issue with their system giving refunds. Still requested the refund, they have came back 3 times each time offering a bigger discount. Continue to ask for a refund.
This is a scam for sure.

Took forever to get this order. Arrived the day AFTER the event I bought it for so in the meantime I had to buy another outfit. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like the picture. It was a cheap piece of junk that looks like it took a few dollars to make and it cost 130 dollars. When I went to return the item I was directed to a restaurant's website in Melbourne. No feasible way to return this item. Guess I just made a $130 donation to someone's pocket.

Absolutely terrible quality. My coat was more like a fleece type fabric, buttons don't really do up and sizing was off. Colour was nice but that's the only 'positive'. Slow postage as well.

Do not order from this company. They are not based in the Netherlands though that is the registered company. Items have to be shipped back to China. The item you get is also not what is advertised and is of a terrible quality and the customer service try to persuade you to buy more items instead of giving you a refund. It also took 3 weeks to get the item. Save your money and by from a reputable store. Verfiy everything online and look at reviewes. The item I have purchased was thankfully not that expensive and so the item is going in the bin and a good lesson learned. You have been warned.

DO NOT buy from this website ! Complete scam I googled “boho white embroidered top” and it popped up on their website looked lovely exactly what I was looking for, against my better judgement I did not look up reviews and placed an order, $120.00 !!! As I was waiting for my pkg the exact same blouse, same photo same model popped up on Temu for $15.00 !! When I received the blouse it was a cheap poor quality piece nothing like the picture. I contacted them for Refund as their website says easy to return refund will be issued in 10 days etc. They do not accept returns, after 4 emails where the offered me 15%, 30% and the 45% voucher which I refused they finally gave me an address in China telling me that the return que is long etc. basically I will not get my money back ! I told them I would contact my cc company and they discouraged me telling me it was not guaranteed and would take long time etc. SO lesson learned total scam website completely misleading.

Absolute scam! Recently purchased an item for an event hoping it will arrive in 2 days. But the moment you complete the order, the confirmation email mentions the delay in processing and delay in shipping etc. I cancelled the order immediately. But the cancellation and refund process has been a nightmare. Apparently they have a manual refund process as well and systems are down. These guys would rather have you purchase something instead of processing the refund. The website has a Netherlands address but mentions it is an online store based in Melbourne. Nowhere on the website does it mention shipping takes time or that cancellations are impossible or that refunds are not processed at the time or that everything takes over 30days.

SCAM, item from china, very poor quality and no return service. Advertised as a Melbourne company but company and only return option is to China at a cost of 60.00. Still no regime!! STAY CLEAR!!

Like the reviews already made by other customers, if I could give a zero I would, and I wish that I had read the reviews before buying! I ordered a bag that was advertised to have multiple features in the item description, but it did not match at all the item that was received. I emailed customer service as soon as the item arrived and kept re-emailing as they kept delaying any action that could be taken, by repeatedly telling me that they were "carefully reviewing" my item. This went on for two months until I stated my disappointment- they immediately said that they could offer me a 10% refund or I could return the item, at my own cost. The next email I received from them contradicted the previous 10% refund option and said that I was outside of their 30-day return & refund policy and I could no longer return this item. This was by their fault for taking so long to reply to me and dragging it out, but they are refusing to take any ownership. At least I only paid £32 for this bag, but I do not recommend buying from this retailer - it is very misleading by falsely advertising items, is hesitant to offer refunds, and customer service is useless at providing helpful action/information!

I wouldn't even rate this 1 star, what arrived was nothing like what i ordered, wrong fabric, wrong colour, wrong item, I ordered a green co-ord the top was supposed to be bandeau style with no straps and a cheap thin fabric with no structure and complete different style vest blazer style top turned up like a month later than when I ordered. Massively dissappointed!

The worst experience of online shopping . My order took over three months to recover , with lots of stress and non-stop emails there and back from a different person every time it was ridiculous ..TO Actually receive my parcel the hoops I went through was absolutely stress. A waste of time and money. This company is absolute garbage. Finally receive my package. It’s all China rubbish clothes very cheaply made and will not last. I Do not recommend . I won’t be fooled again.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE…THE WEBSITE IS MOST DEFINITELY MADE UP .

Definitely a scamming company. Purchased a $79 jacket and received a cheap imitation from China that looked nothing like what was posted. What I received was actually being sold on Amazon for like $30. Their AI robot never took accountability and kept offering me discounts up to 40% off. I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud and got my money back. ADVICE! Do NOT accept their discounts. DO NOT try to pay for return back to the Chinese address (they will never send you a free shipping label). Take pictures, CONTACT your BANK/CREDIT CARD company, file a fraud claim and get your money back.

I bought a pair of sandals having no idea how cheaply they were made. I have never received shoes in a plastic bag. When I asked to return them, they said they don’t usually allow this, but as a one time courtesy they would allow it if I paid $27 to return these cheap sandals made in China.
I will never purchase anything from this company and suggest you do the same. There are plenty of reputable clothing companies out there.

Unfortunately, I am a sucker when it comes see pictures and think the product looks great. I ordered 2 Tee shirts(oversized) in the beginning of February. First off, I just received them(MARCH 23) and yet they have a 30 day return policy. Secondly, the quality is awful. There are no labels on the tees and oversized is an understatement. The shirts come below my knees. This company is a scam and I would never recommend them!
