Keine Rückerstattung trotz gebührenpflichtigem Rückversand

Ich habe am 25.10.2025 2 Paar Schuhe in Gr. 38 bestellt. Leider waren sie viel zu klein, eher 36,5/37.
Umgehend habe ich die Firma angeschrieben und die Ware zu meinen Kosten (€ 21,50) als "Geschenk" deklariert nach China versandt. Auch die entsprechenden Sendungs-Nr. habe ich mitgeteilt. Antwort: sobald die Ware angekommen ist, erhalte ich mein Geld (fast € 100) zurück. Seitdem bekomme ich keine Antwort auf zahlreiche Nachfragen mehr. Wird wohl auch so bleiben ... nicht zu empfehlen!

Nie wieder – falsche Ware und katastrophaler Service

Ich habe bei Emilia Boutique bestellt und kann nur sagen: eine absolute Enttäuschung. Nach ewigem Warten kam endlich das Paket – und dann auch noch ein völlig anderes Produkt als auf der Website gezeigt. Die Bilder und Beschreibung waren schlicht irreführend.

Jetzt soll ich den Artikel auch noch auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken, nachdem ich schon so lange gewartet habe. Das ist einfach respektlos gegenüber Kunden.

Der Kundenservice reagiert langsam und hilft überhaupt nicht weiter.
Transparenz = null, Verantwortung = null, Vertrauen = weg.

Ich bestelle hier garantiert nie wieder und rate jedem dringend ab, dort etwas zu kaufen.
