Stay far away this place scammed me out of my car I purchased a BMW (WHITE) next day it broke down Omar was very nasty the fake mechanic and the fake so called investors was very rude they block us and the car cost 5,000 to fix and I spent 8,000 for the car then he has the tittle and lied and told the police he don’t have it and I have recorded everything so I have a broken down car no title then he had me trespass from the lot because I recorded it and wrote an review I’ll see them in court this place a scam keep your money

Stay far away from this place. I purchased a vehicle April 2024. It had electrical issues from the start that the Ford Dealership I brought it to afterwards said they must have known about the issues.

They have not heard the last from me, even if I lose money on an attorney's fees etc.

There is also a law on the Florida books about ripping off veterans.

I was on the market for a second hand car, and found one on their website.
I went to have a look at the car and was met by Jason, who seemed nice enough. he gave me the keys and let me go and have a look around the vehicle on my own (he couldn't even be bothered to walk out to the lot with me). I decided I wanted the car so I went back into the showroom and found Justin. we went through the paperwork, we agreed a trade in price on my old car and i paid my deposit. he advised the car would be ready in a couple of days and that i should have my insurance sorted (as per their small print) ready to drive away.

two days later I went to the showroom as agreed to pick up the car having sorted out the insurance the night before, to be met by Jason, who advised me that during the MOT they had noted a small leak on one of the injectors and that they were waiting for the replacement part so i could not have the car. i rang Jason a couple of days after this for an update to be told there were now other issues that needed additional parts and more time, but they would ring me when it was ready.

three days after this at 17:29 (they close at 17:30) my phone rang once from them and went dead. i tried to call back immediately, but got their office closed message.

as this was the Christmas period i went to the showroom on the next day they were open, asked their receptionist to speak to Jason, who advised he was out, so the "manager" would come to see me.
This person advised that they would not be selling me this car as it had too many problems and that they were just going to put it back together and pass it off to auction. he proceeded to refund my deposit, but he didn't care that i had paid for insurance for this car or that they would now not be taking my old car in part exchange so i was now effectively £600 out of pocket. (after the charges for cancelling the insurance)

Imagine my surprise then after a couple of months to be walking past their forecourt to see the exact same car back up for sale in right at the front of the lot and it is at a higher price.

this feels like a massive scam to me, and out of principle i will never go back to these cowboys.

Be very careful with this garage group, Thay sold us a BMW and did not declare the vehicle had been used as a police car used by the Lancashire constabulary, this has a serious impact on the future value, and the salesman Mark Fennemore did not want to know,

Went in yesterday to look at a used vehicle for my business. The customer rep who helped me was named Omar. He seemed somewhat friendly when we first met. He took down all the information of what I was looking for and showed me 3 vehicles in stock that would meet my needs. He went to grab the keys and brought me out to the lot. That's when things went down hill. He gave me the 3 keys and said the cars are over here in this section. He told me to take a look at them and he was going inside to fax something. He left me in the lot to look for the cars and went in. I was lucky enough to find two of them but was so disgusted how my time wasn't valuable to him that I returned the keys and told him I have never had a salesman just leave me outside and leave. He kinda shrugged and said bye. Its as if he didn't want to make a sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was a little hesitant to walk in there by myself since this was my first car purchase but the staff at EMG made me feel very comfortable and explained the process thoroughly. I will absolutely recommend this business to friends and family hoping that they also have a great experience such as mine.

Very happy to have purchased my Maserati Ghibli from Emg Auto last week. Jonathan was my sales person, great job by him and his finance managers to work to find me the best financing options. I don’t have the best credit, but they made it work. Thank you guys

Purchase an SUV here at this dealer, a little skeptic to begin with because of some reviews i read, But i went there anyway because their selection of cars is massive. I was greeted by Junior who was very nice and took his time to help me. 2 hours later i was sitting down in an office with Mr. Anthony who explain everything to me before i sign on the dotted lines. I have a business my self so i understand that u can't make everybody happy .Over all for me it was a pleasant and painless experience and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Price of car was a ripped off compared to the many problems I had with the vehicle. Plates were sent out late. Check engine light came on after 2 months. I was sold a car that needed engine replacement, catalytic converter, and a bad clutch. The extra money I had to pay out of my pocket was ridiculous compared to the amount of money this dealership was asking for and the amount of money they wanted to try and fix the car which they knew was faulty to begin with. I will never buy anything else here and I would not recommend EMG Auto Sales to anyone. They should be shutdown for doing business the way they do.

Terrible car dealer! All their cars on CarGurus and other websites are scams. Bait and switch tactics. They have a team of fake sales people that drive people through there doors only to be told that "OH! THAT CAR JUUUUUUUST SOLD 30 SECONDS BEFORE YOU GOT HERE!" We drove 2 hours to get there! Don't waste your time or gas!

Bought a Volkswagen Polo 64 plate. paid £9,000 for it ,picked it up from the Ipswich dealership. It was raining heavily and we naturally assumed the car was in perfect condition. Only to discover when we arrived home ( 80 mins away ) to our horror there was two large gouges / scuffs marks on the front valance. After contacting EMG they said the car should never of left them in that condition . We could not understand how they did not know of the marks on the car as they had the car in their ownership for 3 months ! It was clear to us that they obviously knew of the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and at no point was it pointed out to us. We got several quotes from reputable local spray shops to put this right, but EMG refused to even contribute any money towards the repair. They said we would have to drive the car to them on a Tuesday and they would repair the bodywork while we waited and that if would only take around 1 hour. Anyone we spoke to that worked in the industry locally said they must be joking and that it would need 24 hours in a spray shop costing over £200. No way would we let EMG sharks near our car so unfortunately we have to paid for the car repair locally and have put it down to a bad experience. Read less

Avoid EMG King's Lynn!
The salesman on the used car side are totally dodgy and not very knowledgeable.
I was looking at buying a car and was told that the warranty ran out at the end of the year. After putting a deposit down I went away and looked it up myself to find that the warranty wouldn't run out until the end of next year as the car had a 4 year warranty not 3yr. so the extended warranty they tried to sell wouldn't be needed anytime soon!
On picking the car up it had quite a few more miles on it, a dent in the driver door frame, the roof and bonnet but nobody could explain in why!?

Stay Away!!! This place is sheer fraud. Jervon, the glorified secretary pretends to have the cars but doesn't. Spent all day waiting for nothing. Makes promises regarding trade in and fees until you get there. Then his little twinkie (Yes Jervon) hides upstairs while inexperienced salesman screw up and pretend to have conversations with nonexistent managers. This place is a ripoff!!! If you buy a car here...well you can't fix stupid.
