Their return portal does NOT note conditions of a return or the return policy. They 100% purposely provide only the return date for a store credit so they get to keep your money after 15 days.
They must have tons of unused store credit accumulated from people who assumed they could return until the date they provide on their portal.
I purchased a slip linen dress from them and it didn't fit great, the neck was to high. I had to pay an extra $169.00 duty doubling the price of the dress as they misclassified it when shipping and valued the parcel as a suite. They did nothing to help remedy the situation. Do not buy from them!
