Excellent customer service. I wanted to fix delivery for a certain day and this was no problem. The customer service team were very helpful, constantly updating me, and my fabric arrived exactly as arranged. The price of this fabric also compared very favourably with other companies.

No-drill blind for tiled bathroom window recess. Received promptly. Very well packed. Very good quality. Perfect fit. Feels firmly clamped between the tiled walls. A little more expensive than a normal blind with drilled brackets but worth every penny. Went up in 5 minutes without the hassle of trying to drill through wall tiles.

Karen - a massive thank you, for finding me the 'elusive' and perfect vertical slat fabric, they look beautiful in the windows. Ordered a couple of weeks ago - as bespoke sizing had concerns as would be a fairly expensive purchase if it didn't fit ......unfounded!
Product arrived this evening, took me longer to open the product than to install (no drill blind) - very good quality, exactly as ordered and anticipate ordering from here again when sorting my next room!

Excellent literature supplied if any problems and the no drill system also allows for slight under or over measurements....really good product - would recommend!

The customer service from Emerald was superb with instant response and information. Good quality shutters at lower price than big competitors.
Only issue is that blind slats slightly interfere with door handle.
