I chanced upon EME IVANY through an Instagram ad and, as the title says… truly a hidden gem. ✨
I had been searching for quite a while for an initial necklace in 14k solid gold, and EME IVANY literally ticked every box — the size of the initial, 14k solid gold, and diamonds. It’s made to order, so there was a little wait, but honestly, it was so worth it. It’s now one of my everyday pieces.
Not too long ago, I also got the emerald-cut diamond with the sparkle chain, and it is extremely gorgeous. It catches the light so beautifully and is one of those pieces that looks even better in person. Needless to say, I’m now a repeat customer. 😂
I’ve also had the pleasure of speaking with Ivy, the founder, since day one. She’s incredibly responsive and genuinely one of the sweetest people. Her customer service is honestly flawless, and you can really tell how much thought she puts into her designs. She’s so creative and accommodating, which makes the whole experience feel very personal.
And then there’s the jewellery itself — modern with a vintage twist, beautiful quality, and just the right amount of uniqueness. Everything hits the mark for me.
I also had a little accident months later and my necklace broke. Ivy was so quick to help with a replacement and even changed it to a thicker clasp before sending it back to me. That kind of after-sales service really says a lot about a brand.
EME IVANY is definitely one of those brands I’m so glad I randomly came across. Beautiful pieces, amazing quality, and a founder who genuinely cares. Truly a hidden gem. 🤍
