Almost mandatory to give a positive review. The product are of excellent quality and their customer service possibly the best I have ever interacted with, helpful, extremely kind and efficient. They have resolved my issue with a lightbar that had stopped working withing 20 minutes of me contacting them and very satisfactorily. Thank you!

Lack of support
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Salavador Poladura. Despite several requests by email to provide support for my EMDR Lightbar, which has not been working for months, I have not received any response from Mr. Poladura. I paid approximately 270 euros for a product that does not work. I feel deceived by Mr. Poladura because he offers support on his website that he does not actually provide.

The nicest people and the best product
I reached out due to a longstanding issue with one of the pulsators and despite being way outside of my warranty, they replaced it at no cost to me. Their online system to troubleshoot was easy to use and helpful, and when that didn't work and I reached out, they were very quick to respond and resolve my issues. Communication is friendly and amazingly helpful. I love this product and use it daily in my work as a clinician. It's been the best addition to my practice!

I found many of my clients preferred the posters to having their eyes directed. These wireless pulses fit so many needs for so many of my clients. That it can be adjusted for intensity and speed so easily is very helpful.

The prices listed on our webshop are tax-exclusive for our Norwegian customers.
What this means for you is that VAT and any applicable import duties are now handled directly by the local customs. These costs are not included in the cost of the international shipping.
As of 2024, all goods imported into Norway are subject to 25% VAT regardless of value.
These charges are typically collected by the delivery service, in this case, FedEx, upon the arrival of the package into the country. Fedex will charge VAT and handling/clearance costs.
