I cannot download the design to a flash…
I cannot download the design to a flash drive. I have repeatedly asked for help.
Unfortunately all I receive is the same documents which do not work.

I hope you know PES file is not readable by computer, it required embroidery software to open file is computer. PES file will work on embroidery machine. You are unable to copy your design to a flash drive.
Here is a simple step to copy file to flash drive.
step 1: select downloaded design file and right click.
step 2: left click on the 'copy' option
step 3: open flash drive (or folder where you want to paste)
step 4: right click on empty space
step 5: Select 'paste'
The design file will be copied.

Good at simple designs and fast …
In the past month you have probably done about 10 designs. Out of 10 I have asked you to fix maybe half. You are fast which I really love. You are also good with simple designs but when it comes to more complicated ones you are not very good.

Amazing Work
Since February 6 we have submitted approximately 7 designs. With each and everyone returned in a quick turn around time. We have had some minor adjustments needed but the digitizer / digitizers have returned the revised designed very quickly. We have had some designs with no corrections.
