Everything went perfectly! It arrived in the time she said it would, the sweatshirt is great quality, and she even sent me a picture to clarify that that’s what I wanted to embroider on the sweatshirt. She gave me tips on how to make the thread more visible. Megan is fantastic and she totally brightened my fathers birthday. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, even more than I expected. I ordered a light pink crewneck with white embroidery. Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received a text from a staff member showing me that white thread wouldn’t be easily visible on the color crewneck I selected. She gave me more choices via text and was able to get an excellent product within one week of placing my order.
