is there anyone on other side of the website ??
seems like no one is checking the website or their own facebook page or emails lately as purchased one of their football team badges from their website a few weeks back.
everything seemed to go smoothly with checking out and paying etc, then receiving an email with links to download the digitised embroidery files pretty quickly so no issues there.
But after opening the files on my Brother PR1050x 10 needle machine several of the files couldn't be read by the machine because it said "unexpected file format" which makes no sense as its a .PES format so no reason why is not recognising it properly,
So emailed them several times now over a few weeks with no response, the "contact us" form on website fails to submit the form so that doesn't work and now am left in the dark with corrupt files and no response or support !!!!

What a service from Embroidery
What a service, the seller can be recommended and bought from, I had some problems with the download, but it was not the seller's fault, it was my own as I had not tried this before, but the seller was quick with his help and a new download link, great service, it's not the last time i shop with Embroidery
