Not get what you order

My mom and I ordered a teacher sweatshirt for my sister for her birthday back in November. However the sweatshirt took well over a month to come and when it finally did come instead of the bright pink sweatshirt we ordered a red one was sent. When I contacted them asking for a new one to be sent, I was told that margin of error can be expected. Even though in their policies it says satisfaction guaranteed. If you order from this website, don’t expect to get it when you need it or the color you actually order.

Pretty disappointed at this point

Pretty disappointed at this point. Placed order on Dec. 5th and haven’t heard a word. Tried to contact customer service and message sent back to me. Email not located. Pretty sure I’m out my $38. I wouldn’t recommend.

Scam

Scam. Never received item. Read the other reviews. Apparently even people that received their purchase claim it's poor quality. This is a temu-esc website, except you probably won't get anything for your money.

SCAM

SCAM! Shipping time is extensive, communication is computer generated and zero response from an actual human. I received my shirts with multiple spelling errors, color errors and they symbol used wasn't even for the correct branch of medicine! DO NOT USE!

I ordered a chenille embroidered…

I ordered a chenille embroidered sweatshirt. The chenille is so thick that there is just one big orange blob, you cannot tell what it says at all. I also ordered an embellishment on the sleeve, and it did not come with that. I’ve emailed customer service and not heard anything from them.

SCAM company

SCAM company. If you think all the five star reviews on the website are too good to be true, they are. They did a T-shirt print of my dog that was excessively oversaturated in orange. Family & friends laughed at the shirt, calling it "demon dog." Customer service is a joke. Despite photo evidence, they are claiming they printed it correctly. I am asking for a reprint with
appropriate saturation levels. They refuse. My loss. Don't let it be your loss too
