Orders take far too long to arrive, i ordered a p.e top on 12th feb its now 4th march and still havnt heard anything

Ordered 2 embroidered jumpers and PE top at the start of August just after the kids broke up thinking I would get ahead and have my order in-time, how wrong I was.

Jumped on the website to see that last order time to have uniform before September start was around 20th of July! Even before the kids had even broke up (terrible) Anyway we had come to the understanding that we would probably not get them In time and was okay thinking 2 weeks late we would probably get it 2 weeks after kids went back, how wrong I was again.

Emailed at the end of the first week back and was told delivery to me within the next week. This week came and went by and still no order. I emailed again. NO REPLY. I emailed again days later . NO REPLY. 3 weeks after kids went back and 50+ days later I decided to finally ring. I sat on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered to be told DPD delivery on Friday and no apologies. Friday came by and no dpd delivery information. Saturday I got a email from dpd saying order was coming…. FINALLY. Order came today and guess what.. only a PE top in the bag and no jumpers . I have never dealt with a company so incompetent before and honestly don’t know how they are in business.

Nearly 2 months and still no jumpers . My child didn’t have a nice jumper to wear for his photo day either.

Ordered from here as its the only place my sons school pe uniform comes from. I ordered on 30th June and still waiting on 23 Sept, when I phoned 3 times previously they've not been in stock 3rd time I was told they'd been dispatched but 4 days later still nothing and no email notification either. I'm now currently on my 4th phone call and have been on hold 45 mins

21 days since I ordered shoes for my son, no respons on my emails. O information prior order that it can take so long. Now requested again on advising me when can I expect my order, if that takes so long I will have to just buy different shoes and ask them for refund. Not good experience.

For some reason my kids school has made all parents use this sham of a company to get school uniforms. We ordered the uniform in July and still don’t have it. School starts in 4 days so it’s unlikely we will get it.
Every email or phone call we are told “It’s processing and you will have it within the week” But we just never get it.
Our son has Autism and sensory issues so we really wanted the uniform well before he started so he could wear it and get used to it and to make sure it was the right material for him. That’s not happening now either.
Terrible customer service and just a really bad company.
