As a 23-year military retiree, I've always been eager to support veteran owned businesses. As this company presented themselves as such, I placed an order with them on March 31, 2021, for $249.90 with the utmost confidence. I was told my order would take up to four weeks to be delivered and waited patiently. Four weeks has now turned into four years. I reached out to them repeatedly trying to first have my order fulfilled and later to request a refund. Each time I was met with auto generated responses saying to wait an additional four weeks. I still have copies of email exchanges over the years. I attempted to call them, but no one ever answered the listed phone number. Eventually, I began receiving a message saying the number was no longer in service and they eventually removed the number and all other customer service contact information from their website. As I researched online, I began to find what appeared to be hundreds of negative reviews for this company. It would appear that they had duped several veterans, military groups, first responders and even active duty service members that had placed large unit orders while deployed in combat zones! They seemed to have the same replies to the negative reviews. Saying they were a small business, and they were hard working to fulfill the unresolved orders. All this while website remained live and continuing to take new orders! After several emails they finally stopped replying to my request for a refund and I resigned myself to the fact that my money had clearly been lost to scammers. I would have let all this go, had it not been for the fact that this company contacted me around two years ago. They claimed they were under new management and asked if I would like to place an order with them! I laughed inside and deleted the email thinking that it would be the last I heard from them. To my astonishment, they have had the audacity to begin spamming my email daily with multiple messages for the last two years! They wouldn't interact with me when I wanted my order fulfilled or my money refunded, but now they to reach out to me multiple times a day with junk mail as if I would ever do business with them again. I almost feel as though they are taunting me now. If it's not to fulfill my original order from four years ago or refund my money, leave me alone Emblem Athletic. You are bad news to the military and to veterans!

Never received my $40 tshirt or a refund. Almost every review Google review I one star. Keep your money and deal with another company. This place is trash

I ordered shirts for my ROTC cadets. I asked for a receipt attached for book keeping and an update. I was told 18 days processing, alright no problem.
I’m going on day 30 here soon, and no update had been given. As well as being told I was sent a copy of my receipt, which I wasn’t.
Unfortunately, since it’s not my money and actually belongs to the college, I only see setting a chargeback as a way forward unless they right their wrongs. My cadets have asked me multiple times about shirts, and I wrongly put my faith in this company.
Stay away.

New ownership are definitely doing the right thing, I had purchased a sweatshirt and shirt over two years ago and never got it. The new owners of emblem however are giving credit back to those who lost money on previous orders if you contact them. 10/10 glad this company has integrity now.

I have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring about a Xmas gift I ordered on Dec 3rd the single worst e commerce experience I have ever had, no phone number to call so I have not received my purchase and its now Jan2nd. The customer service is so bad they did not redirect the delivery but allowed themselves to receive my delivery at their offices in San Diego.
Julietta has now given me an email run around for our a week.
DO NOT ORDER FROM EMBLEM ATHLETIC
They will not process a refund either which is more infuriating.

I have never received my product. I called and asked for a refund and never got it. This company is a scam. I waited 18 months and all they could tell me is they are in back order. Fed up I asked for my money back never saw it. Now will not return my calls or email.

Emblem athletic was first introduced to me in May of 2021 in which I was very interested in putting together a large order for my company. The order was in the hundreds of dollars. After 4 months of nothing-I reached back out only to find that the phone line would always go to their “answering machine”. Sounded more like this business was run out of a garage rather a trusted institution.

I finally was able to reach out to this business through Instagram! After having to be witty in inquiring about making a big purchase. I’m reality they were more interested in that than answering my questions regarding where our order was. I was finally, after 6 months, able to get a partial refund to only my order! Not even the full refund for those who placed an order on their own accord.

I looked into the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint against this fraudulent company. I do not trust this company whatsoever, I wish this kind of service upon no one! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am surprised this business is allowed to operate at the opacity it currently precedes at.

Blown away by the quality of this shirt, and the customer service was amongst the best I have ever experienced. The shirt easily beats almost every other tech shirt in my collection. The material and stitching are miles above what the major vendors are producing. The new management team is committed to a quality product and to top notch customer experience and service.

Unfortunately, my experience with Emblem Athletic was quite disappointing. I waited patiently for months after placing an order in December 2022 with a delivery target of March 2023, but the item never showed up. The situation was made worse by the lack of information and clarity surrounding the delay.

Due to the business's failure to deliver the promised service, I was forced to use a chargeback in May 2023, which I did out of irritation. I made two attempts to get in touch with their customer service team July 2023 in the hopes of a better outcome. Sadly, nothing came of my efforts, and I got nowhere.

We ordered unit PT and coyote colored shirts prior to going on an appointment and didn’t receive them. I kind of thought the whole thing was a scam and that we were just out money, but then I got a call from the new owner, Mike, and no joke he got us the shirts within two weeks. It was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be using this company from here on out.

I never got the shirt I ordered over 1 and a half years ago. As far as I’m concerned, this site is a scam. A lady named Christie Anderson said she would touch base with me as soon as my shirt was going to be shipped, and I never heard from her. I will not be doing business with emblem ever again.

I placed an order over two years ago that has yet to be fulfilled. I understand it's gone through more than one ownership change, but if you're not going to fulfill an order then just give me the money back. I checked in multiple times and was always told to be patient. This last check-in I was sent a questionnaire about how someone did. That's it- no response, no "Please be patient", just a 1-5 rating. Fairly pissed off at this point

Emblem has great types of weed, but thier turn arround time from placing order to receiving order has gone from 4 days to over 10 for me. I am a vet and expect that they don't have a enough staff. To complete an order in the same day as place this makes me start to wonder why? I have seen other reviews saying they fixed this yet you others are not truthful in your praises. If they dont fix this then I will just go else where, to a company that d9es place the orders daily and not every 3 days to send out and then knowing it says Tuesday and won't get til Thursday.

These guys have really turned around their business. Mike has done an incredible job delivering on all our expectation!

I had an old order that I had given up on, but I happened to check the website and saw that it was under new ownership. Although the order was old enough that they did not have to fulfill it, they gladly did so and the quality is amazing. I'm really impressed with this company now, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future!

The new owner personally making a call and guaranteeing to fulfill order is priceless! Continue the great work! You guys will be successful with a leader like that! Look forward to purchasing from you again!

Our order came in & the tops were smaller than expected. We called the company to find out how to resolve & they immediately input a new order (one size up) for us. They didn't charge us for this or for additional shipping! We were extremely impressed with this level of customer service AND the high quality product that was provided. We ordered shirts & a hoodie - the prints are within the material, not simply ironed on. We anticipate that this will last forever and we LOVE these tops. Thank you for resolving so quickly & for making it a positive & easy experience for us.

The new owner Mike personally reached out and I didn’t pick up the call because I was still grumpy about my year old order I never received. He left me a voicemail and told me my new gear was coming for free. I chuckled and ignored the voicemail. A couple weeks later he kept his word! My order was delivered and it was amazing material. Thank you Mike for rectifying the past! Will order more again!

The new owner contacted me after trying to get my order from almost two years ago and within 3 weeks it was shipped. He and the new team are extremely professional and understanding and I am grateful for their hard work and diligence.

While the former owners did not fulfill their order, the new owners made it right. It had been over 2 years since I had placed my order when the new owners bought the company and realized what a train wreck they had inherited. They could have easily said “not our problem” and moved on, but they didn’t. They fulfilled my order and shipped in a timely manner. The shirts themselves are great! High quality! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to commemorate a deployment or bring a unit together through swag.
