Great product

We have burnt hundreds of candles in our house, but these are without doubt the best we have had. The scent does not wear off as the candle burns, the last burn is as good as the first.

Packaging is first class too.

I have had 3 different candles from Embers candle company. The service and attention to detail is excellent. I odered late one evening and they arrived within 2 days of ordering. The candles smell amazing and last for ages and the smell remains as strong even as the candle burns down.
They are deffinately worth paying for and I would highly recommmend.

The delivery took a while and I had to supplement the postage!! Over £4 which was somewhat annoying. One of the corks doesn't quite fit so again I was a bit disappointed. But then I burnt a candle and all the anger dissipated because it smelt beautiful and looked wonderful. I'd have given five stars if none of the above had applied!

I absolutely like the ethos of this brand and my initial experience was good. I had a problem with my order, which came beautifully packed etc.! However, I could not, and still can’t identify which candle is in which box, unless I open them, and as they are gifts I do not want to do this. The initial response was quick, although incorrect and follow up emails have gone unanswered!
I now want to return them, but that request has not been responded to. The easiest solution, I know, is to open them and re-wrap them - but why should I!!

I purchased the ylang ylang, bergamot and patchouli candle and I can honestly say it is the best candle I've ever purchased. I've tried many over time but genuinely nothing comes close to the quality of this one. I lit it for only half an hour and the whole house smelt beautiful. Very long lasting and the scent is just beautiful. Can't wait to try the other fragrances now.

Fabulous really nice smell

Had a problem getting my order delivered because of insufficient postage. Emailed Embers candle company and within a few hours it was all sorted and my package delivered 2days later.
Really pleased with my bundle 😃

The shape of the jar caught my eye along with the fact its a crackle wick😍
The parcel arrived and was well packed, only one thing i think would make a difference to the set is wick trimmers. Its a beautiful set and so shiny in Chrome. Now i just need hall finished and i can enjoy my Embers and show it off.
