Regular user since they started, watched how the app has evolved over time. Frankly very happy as I am fed up with paper loyalty cards that you never carry around / lose for stamps, I find their app much easier through the phone. I am surprised to read the reviews about people losing stamps / points, I never experienced that. A long time ago I couldnt log in - reached out to the team who re-set my user details and good to go again: they were professional and is clear they want to solve issues and perfect the customer experience

Their team has been very helpful and our management could always count on them. We used other solutions before and got burnt. But Embargo is finally the platform we needed. Hugely recommend!

A failure of an app
Yet another app trying to aggregate and feed off consumer purchases like the tech leeches they are. They cant even get the basics right - removing all of my stamps and points from vendors for no reason. From one week to the next, I open the app to collect a stamp and my previous 12 or so stamps had disappeared.
Surprise - no customer support, just some sarky developer telling me they were looking into it. Looking in to what exactly? Again taking from consumer feedback and giving back nothing. No response having sent several emails. Typical toxic start up. I can almost smell the stench of the greedy little founder(s) at the top.
From a consumer perspective
From a consumer perspective, this app ranks as one of the worst. What should be simple is inexplicably made difficult. I downloaded the app and tried to create an account or as per the app, sign up. The question were simple enough: first and last name, email address, date of birth and password. The customary tick of the terms and then submit. One is greeted with credentials are not correct, please complete. Right, and what credentials might those be? Who knows! Any business looking to adopt a loyalty app should consider ease of use for the consumer, which is absent in the case of embargo. The app should be embargoed until improved!
