Key failure

I bought the microsoft office package and when I entered the key, there was a message saying that I have activated the key too many times, while it was the first time I did it.

Given that the issue was fully resolved within an hour, we feel that a 1-star review is not only unfair but also misrepresents the level of support and service you received. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how quickly and effectively they are addressed—and in this case, we resolved it promptly and professionally.
