I had a terrible experience with them. First they stitched the wrong size, and I have to send it back to their outlet at my own expense. After that they torched us for more than 3 weeks for fixing this simple issue. Their customer support doesn't bother responding you and is extremely pathetic.

Do not order from them. I had a very bad experience. They lied about dispatching my outfit, and after weeks of waiting, I finally received it in terrible condition. The stitching was very poor, some of the beads were already loose, and the scarf had black marks on it. I paid a lot for this outfit, and the quality was extremely disappointing.

Do not use or order! No customer service! They do not respond
They lie and say the outfits have shipped but no tracking is provided nor does the order arrive.

Bad experience with so called brand emaanadeel. They ruined my wedding dress. They are so unprofessional they even don't answer calls and emails. I recently ordered expensive dress from them for a wedding. But they delayed the delivery and later on excused that the product is unavailable. Wasted 3 weeks time, ruined my friend's wedding. I wa t to give zero star rating to them but unfortunately it not available.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 suits, paid in advance, and heard NOTHING for weeks. No one replies to emails, no one answers calls. Then after 3 weeks, they suddenly tell me one of the suits is cancelled because it’s “out of stock.” Really? You couldn’t tell me that earlier? I had to email THEM to even find out. If I hadn’t followed up, I would’ve just been left hanging.

This brand is so unprofessional. I’m from overseas and used to promote them to others—never again. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all. Total waste of time and money.

NO response on emails and order placed a month ago not dispatched yet and upon inquiring no response and I have paid in advance full amount

I’m absolutely furious and heartbroken with the pathetic service I received from Emanadeel. I placed an order for two stitched dresses on 12th March, and after demanding half the payment upfront, I transferred the amount immediately. But after that, they started misbehaving constantly. Their service is beyond terrible, and the management’s attitude is downright disgusting and rude!

They had clearly promised delivery before Eid on their website — and yet, when I followed up, the person handling my order behaved as if he was doing me a favor! Instead of fulfilling their promise, they shamelessly demanded the remaining half payment and additional TCS charges just to even think about delivering my dresses.

I was left with no choice but to arrange someone personally to go and pick up the dresses from their warehouse — which, by the way, was ridiculously far — just because I couldn’t afford to lose my hard-earned money.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I’ve never been treated so horribly by any brand before. They ruined the entire excitement of Eid shopping for me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order well in advance for Eid and paid half the amount upfront, trusting that the delivery would be on time. Unfortunately, not only did the delivery arrive late, but there was also no proper communication or apology from the seller. Eid is a time of celebration, and your delay caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when customers put their trust in you by making advance payments. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this service to others who expect reliability during important occasions.

Purchased 3 outfits. They were really beautiful and all of them came on time. Customer service was very helpful in answering all my queries on whatsapp. Thank you.

Very bad experience of eman adeel . Low quality fabric totally scam . Not as shown in model pic.its price was 12000 plus they even didn't cooperate after complaint.

The dress was exact the same as in pictures so pretty the quality is amazing and we’re very cooperative!

Ordered on the 13th August. Website advises that international deliveries should be received 20-25 days after ordering. I ordered the suit to be stitched according to their standard size chart, so 25 days leaves 3 weeks for stitching and packing and a few days for DHL delivery which is believable. I wouldn’t be fussy if it was up to a week late either, due to the time of year.

It’s now been 45 days since ordering and it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I contacted customer service twice and they did reply very fast and had a lovely polite manner, but it’s hard to appreciate that when both the new dispatch days they advised have been and gone.

I’ll adjust the review if/when it actually arrives as I still have some hope that I’ll probably receive it at some point. I wish this brand was more easily available readymade in the UK as the suit I ordered is the most beautiful I’ve seen from ANY brand in a very long time and I saw several more I’m interested in on their website, but ordering directly as an overseas customer is not smooth. Hopefully it arrives soon as I really want it!!

Edit: it arrived and I’d say it’s stitched 90% same as advertised photos. I will be removing some of the trims that were used and replacing them with something closer to the online pics as I liked them more. I would order again, but assume it will take closer to 6 weeks than the advertised 20-25 days.

I ordered from Emaan Adeel , parcel didn’t come on time, got so frustrated but contacted customer service and person named Ahsan helped me all the way till i received my parcel,apparently it got stuck in Dubai, truly appreciate their customer service, they responded promptly and helped me efficiently, suit is so beautiful and beyond my expectations

They ask for advance money but fail to deliver order even after a month. List of excuses is given when asked. Nobody should waste time and energy here.

Unfortunately I was forced to leave this review after several attempts to resolve the matter with Emaan Adeel for over a week. I ordered 11 suits, only 9 out of 11 suits were delivered. I let the Emaan Adeel team know. They asked for photos of the suits. I sent that. They then texted me a CCTV video claiming that the box in the video is our package, and all 11 suits were shown to be placed in the box. Alhamdullilah I noticed that the box in the video is not the same box they sent us because the box we received had a number on one side. The box in the video had no numbers on any side. They are a fraud and liars. I'm disgusted that they made me do this investigator work to figure out they were lying. All over approximately $110. They are not refunding the money, and keep saying they sent the 11 suits, and will not even ship me the 2 missing suits. Why would I lie about missing suits so I could have doubles of the same suit in the same size?
I ordered from them before and did not have a problem. This time I'm very disappointed in their customer service. They are not fit to be an international brand, they do not know customer service etiquette, it's actually very embarrassing and unprofessional.

Shame on you Emaan Adeel. If they refund me for the 2 missing suits, or ship the 2 suits, I will update this review. I even gave them 2 extra weeks to ship out the missing suits, I did not press them for time. Someone who needed them for an event would be screwed. They don't care.

Buyer beware of these scammers.

Ordered 6 dresses from Emaan Adeel, just received my parcel and must say they all are up to the mark, great experience with the product and their stitching is prefect, will defo shop again.

I bought 8 suits and all 8 clothes have not enough lining cloth and embroidery pieces are missing.Poor experience.

I purchased two outfits for a wedding but received the wrong sizes. They are too small for me to get into. The wedding is in one month and I have tried more than ten times to reach out to them but after having me send a video of my taking the garments measurements ( I ordered size 36 inch chest, their garments were just under 33 inch chest) they no longer answer my calls or my what’s ap chat questions. If this changes I will change this post and my attitude toward this business, but so far I would say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR COMPANY.

Also, their bead work started to fall apart soon as it came out of the package and there were stray threads hanging from the garment. Not high quality.

Order 1 dress , in first delivery it was damaged shirt and Dupata both were damaged, contacted them and asked for exchange, all procedure took 1 week , they sent me fresh piece, it was worst than first back side fully damaged front was badly ripped infact fabric of one shoulder was missing they cut it, from all the four sides they also cut the full size Dupata to manage the wholes and it was just the size of a scarf . Worst worst worst than their customer service member didn't reply me back after lots of tries I contacted to another person it took 1.5 week and they refund my money. Worst worst worst

I have purchased three suits from here. Excellent customer service, excellent sticthing. Their sizes are on the larger side so please do check sizing measurements (which they did post but I didn't view beforehand) as their extravsmall is actually what I would consider a typical Small going on Medium. Regardless, their prices are super reasonable (bargain tbh) and their stitching and cut are exactly as shown on their website. Well done Emaan Adeel, you deserve an A plus for effort and delivery! I am from the UK and have dealt with a plethora of designers in PK, EA are trusted brand and one that I will be purchasing from in the future too 😊.
