The order came fully melted. Very disappointing, as when I reached out to customer service they suggested cooling them down and pulling it apart (easier said than done. Also, for 150mg D8, they hit more like 5mg.

They are not able to find an envelope, put in two small items, print a label and mail it within 5 days after the order was placed.

Best company I’ve ordered from…I placed an order last Friday around 5pm and I already have it. I live in Charleston, South Carolina too. My house is literally 10 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and for me to get my package via USPS before it has even been a week is AMAZING. Also on Monday a team member texted me that USPS should update the shipment soon due to me ordering around closing time from them on Friday but they still made my order and took it to USPS that day because Monday morning usps accepted my package at their facility and was waiting logistically I’m sure since they literally had to ship my package all the way across the country. I ordered the 20mg, 30mg, and the 50mg🔥 7staxxs 7 hydroxy tablets and these babies are exactly what I have been looking for. Also I see people upset with texting a picture of yourself with your id for verification purposes. Most say they are worried about scammers but scammers can literally pay a $10-20$ fee for monthly subscriptions for “background checks” and all you need is a phone number to be able to see your address unless you have moved within the past year then it will show your previous address, date of birth, arrests/tickets etc.. I’ve seen my family/relatives on those platforms with my moms name, dads name, my brothers name like literally a family tree. It’s 2025 guys and if people really want to get your info they would’ve already done it. I love the texting process which is how I received a link today for a review because I asked for a review link by texting the same number that previously texted me this week confirming that usps will ship my package within the next 24 hours. 10 out of 5 stars from y’all’s favorite South Carolina customer😉🥰

We ordered from them before but with our recent order they texted us (if it was them) with a message stating they needed a screenshot of an ID card. We texted back and said that we felt uncomfortable doing that and to cancel my order, and they said okay we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Haven't been refunded yet. If you're going to require identification, you should state that on your website. Your website only asked through a prompt if we were 21 years older. No statement about providing identification.

First 2 orders went off without a hitch…
First 2 orders went off without a hitch then on the 3rd order I was ask to provide photos of myself and my ID. I'm never been asked to do that before, but ok. I did that. Then they tell my they can't provide 1/2 of the orders i placed suggested replacements. Seriously? Why didn't they tell me that before the identification process? I don't know if they got my response to their suggested replacements for not. 🤷♂️ At this point, I would just like a refund and to find another provider.

Used to be Great, now it's too Sketchy
Used to be a great site, ordered from them for years and never had any issues, only good things to say until recently. I ordered as usual and suddenly a random number texts me asking for a picture of my ID and a selfie which I obviously said no to. If they want to start doing age verification, they need to find a more secure way of doing it. I have been unable to order from the site since (across multiple devices) Which is also fishy, don't know how they track that.

Simply the best!
Elyxr has the best product for the best price and value and amazing customer service and support. People complaining about the identity/age verification being through text need to relax- it’s the quickest and easiest way to do it and considering they won’t ship your order until they verify, you’d think you’d be more appreciative that they’re trying to execute the process quickly.

This company is horrible. Their vape made me sick, I told them that, only getting a reply when I posted a 1* review. This lead to them refunding a 1.5 year old order...without telling me...to a card that doesn't exist anymore.
I used to love their gummies, but I'd give 0 stars if I could now.
Edit: I emailed tara. Did not get a response. Do not buy from this company. The hateful language they're referring to are f-bombs and calling then incompetent, because they are, and telling them that Andres was the reason I was not using their products again, because Andres needs to be better.
They don't need to revamp CSRs, they need to close shop.

Identity fraud is a huge risk you take by doing business with Elyxr due to their method of age verification. Order delays can be expected due to their method of contact which is not disclosed or agreed upon by the customer. They will text you from an iPhone asking for selfies and pictures of your ID to be sent to them via text message. This is an unsecured form of communication and can easily be accessed by unauthorized users allowing your personal information to be stolen. This is NOT disclosed to the customer beforehand, while placing the order, in the order confirmation email, OR in their terms and conditions. Additionally, they will text you even if you do not opt in to receive text messages, and because it’s from a privately controlled iPhone you can not stop the text messages by replying with “STOP” like you can with an automated service.
