I was very lucky enough to kindly be sent a tub of this natural cramp and muscle cooling and soothing gel and I am blown away! After being unwell for a few weeks which led to me not exercising, I finally managed to get my first run in after weeks of no training. I did have achy cramping legs and knees after my run, so I instantly applied this lovely cooling gel. Normally a day or so after I still have some aches but these had completely disappeared. My legs felt refreshed with no aching. This soothing gel is magic and also smells so nice. I can’t wait to continue using this! great results in my first application. Very happy! 😀🙌🏻
