Still have not received my full order after 7 months
Great quality, great installation system, great options…poor customer service and product fulfillment.
I placed my order in March. After paying the full amount (over $16,000) for the cabinets for my master bathroom and small kitchen I patiently waited until they were supposed to be delivered in June. I finally received many of the boxes (no doors) in August. They messed up the order and didn’t send me a base for my kitchen sink and one of the 5 missing cabinets is also a lower cabinet for my kitchen (aka I can not install my countertop or sink). Every week the CEO emails me and tells me exactly nothing.
I have tried to explain that living 7 months without a kitchen sink, and no master bathroom sinks is driving me crazy. Still no cabinets- not even the sink base
They have ‘changed their process’ for the stain. I have no idea what that means and frankly have no idea what my doors will look like if I ever get them.
The whole situation blows my mind
If you are thinking about ordering them, just don’t. And absolutely do not pay 100% upfront. What a scam
