Wish I had read reviews about this company before buying from them! Tried to return unused product, website states 30 day money back guarantee but offered 10%. This company is a scam, uses false advertising and should be closed down.

I received the product and tried it immediately, it was useless and failed within 5 minutes. I thought maybe it was me and tried again a couple of hours later, same result. I contacted them straight away (same day) and asked for return label and full refund. I had to chase them twice and finally they offered me 10% as I had opened the product and "substantially" used it. Product was dental adhesive £22.95. Their money back gaurantee is a scam and product useless. Do not deal with these people.

This is a very bad company, in the US it is Advertised as a collagen oil, in the Uk it is just a botanical oil.
The whole social online video is misleading, do not even buy from Amazon what is advertised is not what you get either, but a knock off from China.
The site advertises Elycura collagen oil but you get bottles of oil with Flexqw on it.
The website, Elycura advert will not have the ingredients shown in detail, so you don’t know exactly what is in it apart from the main description that it is an oil.

Omg... What a horrible company.. I literally ordered the wrong stuff. I TRIED TO CANCEL.. like immediately and they completely ignored me.. 5 weeks later the product arrived.. I don't want it.. Every day I get an email.. We will give you 10% back and a 20% discount... Theeeeeee worst customer service.

Fraudsters. They have multiple sites: ely-care, ely-care ca, etc. All sell the same garbage. Do not buy from them.

I have ordered a lip balm that was supposed to plump up my lips. Eventually I had to pay in to get the product! What a scam! It was watery and not even moisturizing, let alone plumping. Never got a refund, even after numerous emails and complaints. Now they're advertising an oil that can erase all your wrinkles. People don't believe them!!!! They are the biggest scammers on the planet. Previously known as elycare. Now they have slightly adjusted their name. Stay away!!!

The auto focus glasses were total rubbish and did nothing. They refused to give me a full refund and finally offered me 40% after heated e mails from me. An absolute scam as far as I'm concerned.

I foolishly purchased 'Anti tinnitus Earwax removal spray' from Elycura costing £26.99!
This product came with a 30 day money back quarantee. As quoted 'Try elycura with our 30 day return policy. If it isn't for you you can return it according to our policy'.
I wasn't satisfied. This product is absolute rubbish & did not ease my tinnitus symptoms in the slightest.
When I contacted Elycura I was told I couldn't get a refund because I had opened & tried the product!
I pointed out, how was I supposed to know if it suited me or not if I didn't try it!
They offered me a 10% refund!
My advice.....do not buy anything from this company.

I spent £55 on some skin moisturising oil it didn’t arrive after over 3 weeks, I have contacted them 4 times and not once have they replied to my emails. I tried tracking my order but that was also a waste of time I couldn’t even decipher who they had used to deliver it probably because it has NEVER been dispatched. DO NOT use this Company I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before parting with my money, SCAM!!

Ordered the autofocus spectacles which I should have realised were too good to be true. They don't work and Elycura are ignoring my emailed claims for a refund.

Please do not buy from this company,they are a total scam,hindsight is a wonderful thing

I ordered on 6th March no product has been delivered and no reply to emails. Do not touch with a bargepole!

Brought wellness patches and they burnt my skin and I emailed lots and no reply

One star for design .
However these glasses are totally useless .
I had four pairs to tide me over until my upcoming eye operation .
I’m surprised they are allowed to advertise a product which is unfit for purpose .
I should have read reviews first .My first rubbish buy .However I have learned a less on .

I would give this no star if I could . This ‘company’ is basically selling fake items and it’s impossible to get a refund . The glasses do not in any way fulfill the description. They are fake . Don’t touch this ‘company’ they are basically robbing.

Customer service is completely non-existent. I purchased an item that never arrived, and the delivery company, Everi, has advised me to contact Elycura regarding a refund. However, I have received no response despite multiple attempts to get in touch.

Delivery was a calamity, but product itself was advertised falsely. Does not do anything to help teeth.
