Lazy and useless and ungrateful
I found this company as a distributer of RIRI zips, I left messages many times, and finally on the unptenth time they asnwered my call I spoke to a chap, and told him I wanted to buy RIRI zips, I let him know what product I wanted, All he wanted to to do was to get me to send him an email, even though I had told him what I wanted him to give me a price for, after much deliberation he found a pen and said Will you send me an email of what you want, I told him we had already agreed what I want to buy and given him my email, so would he please just give me a quote as I needed the items urgently.
I received no email over the next 2 weeks I called many times and was told I'd get a quote.
This never happened, I called again today and was told they had sent me an e-mail, I checked my junk folder while on the phone to them, there was no email, again he insisted I send him and email because he couldn't be bothered to do as he had promised many times before?!
I find it hard to belive that a cold enquiry comes to them wanting to make a purchase and no matter how many times you ask they can't be bothered to even send over a price, it's obviously just too much effort.
I even had to seek this company out via RIRI's website to find who the UK distributor is?!
If you want to use this company you have to beg them and plead with them, no wonder UK businesses are on their knees with this attitude.
